Nice pub with a good selection of real ales and a decent collection of bottled beers from around the world. Itís a little pricey, but other than that itís well worth a visit.

On the main road through Hebden Bridge this is a modern take on the traditional small town pub. The decor is modern but comfortable throughout in a building utilising its stone floor and walls with great effect. Itís a popular haunt, especially when the tourists come to town and thereís no shortage of beers to choose from, lager and ales, with a more than ample selection of the latter and foreign bottles too. The ales rotate all the time and Dark Star often have an ale represented here, Moorhouses too with a Magic Rock ale a permanent feature. Thereís usually two keg options as well and theyíre not afraid to pub on ales with high alcohol content. Food is very much on the menu here too and the upstairs area becomes restaurant only at busy periods. Every few months they will have a mini brewer fest and all pumps will carry different beers from a craft brewer. On the expensive side. Dogs allowed.
