Nice place near the Polo Mall, lots of taps so a pretty decent selection. Biggest selection I encountered while in town, although the other location has twice as many from what was advertised. Food was decent and service was friendly. If youíre in town to and wants lots of beer options here or the other location is a must.

Beer selection is plentiful, which is a first in Manitoba but $11 for a 12oz glass of Hops & Robbers is just expensive. DONíT go if you are hungry - you will be incredibly surprised how expensive the bill will be for food alone. I ordered a burger and a poutine - apparently they donít poutines as a side, so I was charged $30 for burger and poutine. The poutine was too peppery, but the burger was decent, but more expensive than most craft burgers in town. Iíll return for the beer selection, lots of beers not available in Manitoba including Paddock Wood, Farnham, Anderson Valley and others.

Distractingly loud, poor tasting food, expensive and cramped feeling... I love the idea behind this restaurant\ bar, but the execution leaves much to be desired.

Another classic large chain restaurant pub feel. Service was decent. Prices are expensive, much too expensive. Selection is large but uninspiring, mostly off the shelf beers.

Felt a lot like a Kelseyís with a new paint job. Would give the ambiance a 0 if that was a possibility. Food was atrocious and prices were ridiculous. The selection was really good though and the beer flights are a great way to try some different stuff without getting completely obliterated. Selection would be outstanding if they could get some more classic European producers on the list, particularly German, Czech and Belgium.

Without a doubt the best (and only) spot in Winnipeg to go for a great variety of craft beer. Every time Iíve gone Iíve seen the staff getting more knowledgeable, which is likely because the management makes them try new beers on every shift. The pricing scheme is irrational and confusing, but it leads to some awesome beers being fabulously underpriced, and other mediocre beers being much too expensive. My main advice would be stay away from the poutine (the fries are the wrong style and it never comes hot), and donít trust the information on the beer menu to be correct. Beyond that, enjoy Winnipegís best beer destination.

Iíve been here three times now and itís been a positive experience each time. A great tap list including a range of Canadian micros, a few American and German beers as well, and absolutely no macros. Close to 72 beers on tap, which is by far the most in Winnipeg. Flights are available, including build your own flights. As of right now this is really the only quality beer bar in Winnipeg. The only respectable place. Food is decent. Some German dishes, as well as burgers, and some fancier pub dishes like duck confit poutine. An extensive menu. Good friendly service and fairly knowledgable staff - certainly more knowledgeable about beer than any other staff in Winnipeg. Itís been insanely busy on Friday and Saturday nights, so if you want to sit at the bar and have a more relaxed time, Iíd recommend coming during an off time. Of the two house beers, the Barley Brothers Road Trip is the definite choice. A nice APA. Prices vary wildly. Overall a good place, and excellent by Winnipeg standards.

Wow, finally Winnipeg has a proper beer place! Delicious burgers, too. Great ambience with a nod to Winnipegís brewing history. Iíll become a regular here.

This place is a long time coming. It really is great. And I imagine I will only up the score as all 72 taps become available at the end of this month. Great local selections from half pints. Some really nice stuff from around the country and some really good stuff from Anderson valley brewing. Service and atmosphere are great. Friendly. A bit over priced for some of the beer. But otherwise this is easily Manitobaís premier beer destination.
