Quite nice small restaurant with a bar section. Rather slow on a Sunday afternoon. 15 or so taps with one beer especially made for the place. Did not eat. Service was good.

One of the staffs is really rude. I wont come back again. I don’t know what is his problem but It seems that he think that he is allowed to yell at anybody who look middleeastern. First he didnt let us go downstairs for the live jazz , then there was this item which was taken to accoubt two times and we avoifed it by chance and then wheb we wanted to pay he started yelling at us... and when I compland he just told me to leave... I didnt feel safe and comfortable there. If you are not swedish or europian it is not a good place for you...

Located on the outskirts of Gamla Stan in Stockholm, the restaurant is a little, cozy place, consisting of a tiny dining hall and an even smaller bar. The selection of beers, however, is quite impressive for such a minute place. There are 18 taps, mostly occupied by a usual European selection (Budvar, Paulaner, etc.) and a few decent Swedish brews, including one made specifically for this place at Skebo (Old Town Dark). More than 40 bottles of usually Belgian ales complement the variety of beers to be had. These can be enjoyed on their own or with a decent Swedish meal (I have tried the classic pyt i panna.) The staff are friendly and quite knowledgeable. Given the location, one would reasonably expect a visit ther eto leave a permanent mark on one’s bank account, but this doesn’t seem to be the case here. S:ta Clara is actually quite affordable. I will gladly come back if I am again in Stockholm one day.

Has a few craft beers, some not found that easily in Stockholm. Tried a few new Finnish beers I hadn’t seen around town before. Prices are good for Sweden. Not a top beer place, but a nice pub with a relaxing atmosphere and decent enough beer list.

I visited this place during the summer of 2012 and it had a lot of ’locals’ in it, despite the fact that it’s in a touristy area. They had a special beer from Skebo on when I was there, but I am not sure if this is a regular thing or not.

Not a beer destination by any means, but one of several bars in the old town making an effort to serve craft beer, which is more than you can say about most places in town. On my last visit they had three beers from Hornbeer (DK) on tap at prices that were surprisingly reasonable compared to say, Akkurat (not that Akkurat serves Danish beer). Also spotted were beers from Thornbridge and some Swedish favorites like Nils Oscar and Södra Maltfabriken. They have free live musik almost every night downstairs.
