Visited September 21 - Upstairs in hipster-rich Prenzlauer Berg you’ll find the super Pfefferbräu, where you have the choice of indoor tables by the copper kettles or outdoor tables overlooking trendy Schönhauser Allee. There wasn’t much choice for beer when I visited, but my party reported that even the alcohol-free import was good. The Dunkel was smooth, very easy to drink, and would happily have lasted me all night excpet for my dedication to trying the Hell. The lighter lager was also tasty, but the amber colored Dunkel is the winner here. Food and staff are super!

Nice combined brewpub/restaurant/biergarten in Prenzlauer Berg. Nice terrace, but the best part of it is reserved for the restaurant - the biergarten is more of the usual kind. Only two beers available at the time of our visit, but the one we tried was quite decent.

I will rerate it once I go back a few times (and eat something there), but for now it’s promising. Selection is "low" because they only had two beers on when I visited. Not sure it’s fair to rate it right now as it’s still super new. In any case, the service is great and the space has great character.
