First stop of the day and as Travlr mentioned below it was a surprise find. An interesting selection of regional breweries in single bottles with the more common stuff in six packs. Thereís a dozen taps to get your growler fill action too. Look to the left of the growler fill station and thereís a few shelves of local cider and mead. A small range of cheese and salamis are kept in a cooler. A nice addition for the area.

This place was a very welcome surprise. We stopped in just to kill time waiting for our breakfast place to open, and lo and behold - a dozen taps and an extensive bottle list. Very knowledgeable and friendly owner, quick to offer advice and draft samples. Their beer tastings on Fridays have been known to include the likes of Hill Farmstead and other "out of market" beers. They have cheeses and sausages too. Worth going a fair bit out of your way to stock up.

Small bottle shop near Spacebar and Mad Fox with the left half devoted to beer. The taps were all solid, though nothing terribly uncommon. Lots of singles, a decent selection of foreign beers and some American micros, a few of which I havenít seen elsewhere. Several ciders and meads as well. Decent parking situation out front, nice staff, prices were quite reasonable.

Small shop in a sort of cramped section of the City of Falls Church. Located in a small plaza with free parking. Craft beer on the left, wine and a small cooler with cheeses on the right as you enter. Small walking space. Decent selection of craft beer singles and large format bottles along the front wall and a good amount of refrigerated packs. Discounts on mixed six packs and 4 large format bottles. Prices are in line with the other local shops around Northern VA. Prices on singles are pretty good. Friendly service happy to help you find something or chat beer. Worth a stop if youíre in the area for Mad Fox or Spacebar.

Update: They have a growler fill station now with a solid selection of 12 or so North American beers. Prices are pretty fair and you can bring in your own 32 or 64 oz growler.
