Dedicated free parking lot off of Veterans Memorial Boulevard. In the Heritage Village Complex in a separate building than the building for Bottle and Wedge, which is perpendicular. This place is the establishment furthest east in the building described above (the entrance is toward the river, not in the alley). Place is really small, half a dozen chairs at a bar on the first level and two two-person tables upstairs. Nice newer decor in an older brick building. Nice bottle selection for WV and interesting tap selection listed on an electronic board right in front of the bar, which rotate often. Prices are a little high. They have full size and what I would call half size beers (they call them sample size, one was 6 oz.). The place was not busy when I was there, just me the bar keep, and one other guy. The bar keep was nice and informative. I plan to return.
