Visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was mostly empty. Service was great and the beers were good to very good. Flight are inexpensive. Servers were nice. Very good place and worth a visit.

Visited Bottle Logic on a Wednesday evening. Itís a pleasant, smallish space with a nice view of the brewing floor and friendly service. When we were there, it wasnít crowded, though the interior seems to magnify noise, so I can imagine it would be quite loud if packed. We sat on the patio and there was a sushi truck parked outside.
My friends and I found the beers to be generally pretty good, though of mixed quality. I donít remember all of the funky names of the beers, but hereís what we had:
* Gravity Well, imperial stout: a very good example of the style -- full mouthfeel, strong notes of coffee and chocolate.
* Tattered prince, saison: Iím a big fan of saison-style beers and found this one disappointing. It tended in the direction of banana and bubble-gum flavors rather than green, herbal, and barnyard tastes. Perhaps too high a fermentation temperature.
* Hop-forward beers, a single-hop IPA and a DIPA: very nice west-coast-style beers, with good balance in the DIPA. Good for your daily hop infusion.
* Rye beer: the rye character was very understated, nearly undetectable, which is surprising, given that many rye beers overdo the rye, which can dominate a beer in an unpleasant way. I wanted more of the resiny, piney taste of rye in this one.
* Pale wheat ale: interesting take on a wheat ale, with a big dose of bittering and aromatic hops (Mosaic?). Not your standard sweetish, bready wheat beer, but a good variation on the style.
* Helles: refreshing and clean, no off-flavors.
* Dark Lager: OK for the style, I guess, but not for serious beer drinkers.

30 Jan 2015. Really nice place. Decor is sic-fi. The place is clean and decorations show attention to detail. there are always about 10-15 beers on tap. Staff is friendly. there is a food truck there every weekend and most evenings.

Sort of a science/engineering/electricity themed decor to the place. Kind of cool. A number of tables inside and on the patio and a halfway decent sized bar.
Since their opening day, theyíve really become one of my go to breweries in the area. The tasting room is kind of small, but they open up some of the brewhouse for the public during crowded times or events.
My biggest gripe here is the way the do the ordering/service, as itís not very efficient and can lead to some waiting during busy times. But, they have gotten better, so Iíll at least give them that.
They have cranked out a ton of beers here. In less than a year of being open, theyíve already got almost 80 unique entries listed on RateBeer. For the most part, the beer quality is good, even on some of the goofy treatments they do.
At this point, I would have to say this is a must on the Orange County beer circuit if youíre visiting from out of town. Itís a pretty convenient location as well. Just off of 91 sort of in between the Bruery and Noble Ale Works if youíre traveling north/south.

Comfortable, super (and creative) beer. Nice mix of styles. Smart staff. Food truck(s) may not be super reliable, so pack a lunch (which is OK with the brewery.) Indoor/outdoor. Big TV for sports. Growlers, bottles. When crowded, itís dangerously loud. So loud that my ears rang for 30 minutes after leaving.

A nice taproom with great service. They were very busy on a Saturday afternoon and were moving things through fast. Good beer and great people.

Finally made it back in now that theyíre open. Very cool setup and very nice people. They do hoppy beer pretty well. In fact all their beers are at least decent and Iím looking forward to seeing what they do in the future. They have everything broken into two sets of beers and you can do a flight of each. The way theyíre named you might think that the left side of the board is the regular/year round stuff but as it turns out they put all the experimental stuff there that theyíre looking to move. Same goes with growlers oddly enough. They seem to sell out of the regular stuff too quickly so they unload the rest via growlers. Not much to say just yet about this place other than itís close to the Bruery and Phantom Ales so this should be a regular stop for me whenever Iím in the area. They donít have a lot of accounts yet but look for them around town as they are making a lot of beer.

Nice new brewery not to far from the Bruery. Parking can be tight during peak hours. Generally a food truck. Can get quite busy. Beers are pretty decent already, and knowing Kyle, I am sure they will improve. Very well designed and cool looking tasting room. Flights are available. Well priced. Another good brewery to visit in the area (along side the Bruery and Noble).

I went to Bottle Logicís opening this weekend and although they were extremely busy w/ some long lines, Iíll definitely be back. The beers were very good. I had the saison and the Leche Mole stout, both really tasty. My wife had the wheat ale (she shot first?) and the milk stout, both solid.
Although they were very busy, when some guy accidentally bumped into me, spilling my beer, the staff immediately got me a fresh pour.
