Nice looking store with a growler filling section and homebrew gear / ingredients. The beer selection is not incredibly huge and most stuff is kept on shelves, the quality of the selection is amazing. Staff is knowledgeable and beer are sorted per brewery. Parking on the street is easy. Bought beer from Cooked Stave, Evil Twin, Anchorage brewing, Oskar Blues just to name a few. Waterbury alone is a pretty solid beer destination but with this solid beer store available one could be tempted to skip Burlington...I mean everything is walkable in town. The shop is located right in front of the Prohibition Pig brewery and less than a minute walk distance from The Reservoir and the Blackback pub. I’ll be back for sure.

Got their on a wednesday, around 5-6PM. They still had some Heady’s tucked away (I think it was 1 4pack a person?). But the nicest surprise was the Lawson’s Finest Sip of Sunshine!! 2 4-packs a person I think. Really decent prices. Must stop on your queste for Heady and LF!

Visited 7-10 and a few other times on my trip since it was super close. Right across the street from Prohibition Pig, and within a few steps of all other bars, this is a convenient stop. Well lit and plenty of room to move around. Nice selection of beers to choose from, plus growler fills. I found Sip of Sunshine cans, Super Session #2 cans, Heady Topper, Foley Brothers bombers, Maine bottles, Eclipse variants to name a few. Prices were pretty standard from others places so the value is good. I was asked if I needed help and cashed out quickly so the service was great as well. Highly recommend this little gem if you’re in the area.

On my way back from the Hill Farmstead brewery, stop in Waterbury led me here. This exceptionally clean well lit place had a very welcoming and knowledgeable staff certainly able to answer all of my questions. They had about 12 growler fills with top line companies. To me, the value seemed reasonable for where it is. I’d go back.

Looks really nice this store, just like a beer store should look like. There’s some beers in coolers, they do growlers and the bottle and can selection is really fine. Lots of local beers and the usual national suspects, as well as a fine selection of Nordic and Belgian beers. Just across the street from Prohibition Pig, so if you’re there, you might as well visit Craft Beer Cellar as well.

This place rocks. Nice clean shop that includes a huge New England selection, as well as home brew ingredients. Helpful service, and even found some Eclipse variants I wasn’t expecting (had 7 different wax colors on the shelf). Prices were in line with what one might expect, plus got some SoS while I was there. Owner (I think, or whoever was working) was very helpful and friendly and happy to talk about beer. Definitely need to stop in here after you eat at Prohibition Pig.

Excellent beer shop. Friendly and helpful staff that were quick to greet on entering the store. There’s an extensive selection of VT and other New England breweries as well as quality beers from outside the region. They had stock of Heady that was being snatched up quick, but at one 4-pack limit per customer. There’s also a growler fill station and selected meads and ice ciders at the back. The staff were scurrying around stocking shelves, helping customers and it added a lively vibe to the place. There’s limited chiller space but I imagine turnover must be pretty fast here. This is a fun place to shop in Waterbury.

This place is the shit. Really impressive selection, nicely layed out. They had both Heady and Sip of Sunshine available well into the evening, with a one four pack limit on each. I wish they had more coolers, but otherwise it is a pretty nice beer store that i would be quite happy to have at home. Loads of bottles, plus a tap station. Things that I never saw at home (Cuvee Delpine), and things that have long disappeared at home (6 varieties of Eclipse).

Short visit after having some lunch at Prohibition Pig. Nice selection of VT offerings including some nice ciders, helpful/knowledgeable staff, get regular deliveries of all the usual suspects if you time things right and the layout and atmosphere is pretty great, You are probably not going to Waterbury for this place but since you are going to here anyways its worth the visit.

I have never had better service in a bottle shop in my life. Great guy took me through nearly entire store pointing out his recos. Maybe not the size of winooski bev but makes make up for it in charm. Still, solid selection of local, regional, national and international. Handy to the small Waterbury concentration, so easy stop. Highly recommend.
