Wood decor throughout with bookshelves stacked with a beer and two coolers along the wall. Selection of most Vermont with a good selection of West Coast and foreign beers. Value is great as they allow people to buy singles rather than condemnation of a six pack for a lack luster beer. Service seemed to be alright as most of the people walking are typically looking for either Heady or Lawson’s Finest Liquids.

The Waterbury location of this chain. I also visited the one in Portland, ME, but this one really blew it out of the water...in my opinion.

It’s across the street from Prohibition Pig, and I guess really everything in Waterbury, since it’s a super small town. The store is generally laid out pretty well and all of the pricing, labels, etc. are really clear. They sell beers as six/four packs and also as singles without a huge markup on the singles, which I sometimes see. They have a really exhaustive selection of Vermont beers but also stuff from throughout New England (Jack’s Abbey, for instance) and some things from further down the coast, and throughout the US. A good amount of imports, ciders, and ice ciders, too.

The staff here were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were happy to answer questions with us and other patrons as well as chat about some of the things we were buying.

Went there a few times. Store is clean and tidy, nice wood shelves, and small fridges for fresh cans. Not a huge selection but quality is there for sure. You can find rare and limited editions. If you’re right on time, grap a pack of fresh Heady Topper or Lawson’s Session. Of course, there’s plenty of Vermont/Maine/NY beers but also cool stuff from other states (Prairie, Anchorage, Crooked Stave...) and Belgians. Prices are good, helpful staff. A must-stop place.

Stopped in here quick and it turned out to not be a quick journey. They had a ton of stuff I wanted and was looking for, which is awesome. One guy was really enthusiastic and the other not so much. The selection was killer. This is where we got Sip and Super Session on out stop. Great offerings of other local stuff as well as some stuff that’s hard to come by back home. The pricing on their stuff was right on. It was great. I can’t wait to come back through to this place next time I make it out here

Average sized shop but stocked with plenty of rare beers from around the world (50% USA). Service was excellent, super friendly and helpful. Very positive experience. Highly recommended!

Craft Beer Cellar is the must-visit beer shop in the area and is conveniently located across the street from Prohibition Pig. Inside it is smartly laid out, clean and shiny. Beers are spread out by region and country on shelves, in fridges and on tap for growler fills. There is loads of interesting stuff, including plenty of Vermont goodness. Staff are rather knowledgeable and only happy to help. A great spot.

Kid in a sweet shop time! Heady, Sip of Sunshine and Double Sunshine (one per person) all spotted here. Tons of other local beer. Good prices. Staff are happy to let you wander round. One of the staff helped out with my "too much beer to get back through customs" dilemma by buying a Fear and Trembling off me! Great shop, that I’d have happily spent a fortune in given the opportunity (and suitcase room).

Nice looking store with a growler filling section and homebrew gear / ingredients. The beer selection is not incredibly huge and most stuff is kept on shelves, the quality of the selection is amazing. Staff is knowledgeable and beer are sorted per brewery. Parking on the street is easy. Bought beer from Cooked Stave, Evil Twin, Anchorage brewing, Oskar Blues just to name a few. Waterbury alone is a pretty solid beer destination but with this solid beer store available one could be tempted to skip Burlington...I mean everything is walkable in town. The shop is located right in front of the Prohibition Pig brewery and less than a minute walk distance from The Reservoir and the Blackback pub. I’ll be back for sure.

Got their on a wednesday, around 5-6PM. They still had some Heady’s tucked away (I think it was 1 4pack a person?). But the nicest surprise was the Lawson’s Finest Sip of Sunshine!! 2 4-packs a person I think. Really decent prices. Must stop on your queste for Heady and LF!
