Updated Rating 3/27/15 Really stepped up their game, lots of rare singles, shelf talkers, everything that the local distributors can get, they carry - will be a more regular stop - friendly, helpful owner who knows his beer. Original 68 Stopped by here in early June ’14 - needed to fill up the tank and it is close to my office and I had seen it listed on here. Excellent selection for a gas station - all the big regional and national craft breweries are represented - Stone, Rogue, Sierra Nevada, Founders, Cigar City to name a few. A few dozen bombers available, plenty of six packs - does not appear to offer singles from the six packs. Prices are about on par with the local liquor and grocery stores. Friendly service, you can tell that the owner or manager is really trying to push craft beer - lots of signs and shelf talkers. Will keep my eye out on the "Beers Available" list and when something new pops up - will swing by on the way home from work.

This is the best beer secret in TallyTown. Gas Station with small selection of excellent and often hard-to-find/rare beers for this region (i.e. Florida, the state of). The Mayor has done a great job bringing in and placing in the small space what can be shipped to this ship-wreck peninsula. It is somewhat hit-or-miss, but if you’re timing is good, you’re in luck for some great beer. Watch the Facetime page for new releases.

Great place in Tally! Found some real gems that weren’t anywhere else. And the service was superb. Owner uses ratebeer shelf talkers and knows his beer!

Thanks to PorterPounder for breaking the ice. First, the ambiance rating is within the context of this being a gas station/minit mart. I think it’s shrewd of the owner to stock craft beer, since there are a lot of upscale hotels and condos and no good beer in walking distance otherwise. Nothing rare, but lots of quality beer at reasonable prices. And you can pick up a pack of underwear on the same trip. Not a destination, but if you’re staying at the Hotel Duval or Loft Hotel downtown, then it’s worth the trip. Especially if you’re on an expense account.
