I visited this shop over the summer, I only had a few minutes in the place and there were getting ready to close. Great selection of some of the best craft beers around, friendly knowledgeable beer geek staff. Helped me find exactly what I came there for. Highly recommended if you are in London and appreciate good beer.

Nice shop. Good selection of guests, prices are reasonable. Been a few times and staff were always keen to help.

As for ambience most of the place seems to be under renovation when I went.
As for selection, itís actually pretty good. Despite being out of stock of the rarer brews, most brews are there - large American selection, European selection of mostly Belgians, Mikkeller, Nogne 0. And obviously, UK brewers.
As for service, Iíd go into the minus if I could. Not one smile, offer to help, or passing up on any chance to drive a sale on a beer (even some notoriously crappy ones). The staff was so unaware of their selection, I had to point out what they had in stock.
Despite being advised to check and contact them via Twitter, I still have yet to receive any replies. Iím surprised their staff are stated to be Cicerone trained. Brewdog should probably place priority on training their staff NOT to be the archetypical cold and distant Londoner.

Great bottle shop. Big selection, rare ones available, even home brew stuff on site. A bit expensive.

Despite not being a big fan of brew dog bars, I must admit I really enjoyed and was impressed with their bottle shop. They had a very good solid selection, lots of nice hard to find stuff on the shelves, nice interior deco and shelving and also a lot of bottle coolers for cold beer. They also had growlers available which I will definitely try in the future. Good job and worthy of your custom, even though some stuff itís quite expensive I would put this down to their central London location which probably pushes the prices up a bit.

Nice beer store, some interesting american craft, among lots of scandinavian and british modern ones. Staff was a bit cold and distant.

Medium sized bottle shop, airy and clear. Well-arranged bottles on the shelves. Apart for a good range of the latest BrewDog editions, I was glad to find a large range of bottled beers from many of the new microbreweries in London. Good selection of American and Mikkeller beers as well. No drink-in, yet. Friendly, far from insistent, service. Easy to spot in Grays Inn Road. Now also open on Sundays (Visited twice, 23.09 and 28.09.2014).

Nice to have a new beer shop in central London! Pleasant place in which to shop. As others have mentioned, has some homebrew stuff as well as bottles. Obviously huge range of Brewdog beers, some other London breweries, certain of the more regular American imports, lots of Mikkeller. So finding something nice to drink is not a problem. However there is quite a lot of focus on the modern craft world of imperial hoppy this and beetroot juniper ice cream flavoured that, and I would say the selection of regional British, Belgian and German is almost entirely absent. Kris still rules in London...

Itís not in Kings Cross, a good 12 minute walk, which is a deception. It is in Holborn and Chancery Lane is the best tube to access it. The selection is OK, I have been a few times when leavin work and they have the same foreign staples, nothing overly interesting. The London stuff is current and reasonably priced. Not worth a special trip.

Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Apart from craft beers listed here, they also sell some glassware, home-brewing equipments, takeaway draft beer too.
