Stopped in after spending several days in Portland, so couldn’t get too excited about the selection. Matt the beer guru...beer-ru? Bru? Bro? Matt, the beer bad ass, was unbelievably attentive. He pointed out things to try and hooked us up big time. We will definitely stop in again.

This is one of the first places if not the first place in Boise that sold sought after beers. They have a decent selection of beer and sometimes the cheapest in town. I would have to say the best part about the Co op is Matt their beer guy. He has been a great help for years, and very knowledgeable on what is coming to town and when it should be in.

Nice selection of beers here, international and Pacific Northwest. Lots of short run seasonals and specials also.Pricing seems slightly high, but I’m still adjusting to the US market. Will definitely be back for more.

Review notes discovered from a trip a few years back. This is the first place I hit once I had some free time. It is in an older part of town where parking seemed pretty cramped, at least during my visit. Great store here with pretty wide organic-oriented scheme of products, foods and produce . . . oh my god, look at the cheeeeeeese! If I lived here this would likely be a regular stop for certain groceries. The isles are a little tight making it tough to get around. The beer section is a mix of cold and room temperature storage. Since this is my first time shopping for beer in ID I got that ‘kid in a candy store’ feel as it all look so good. I wanted everything. They have a solid selection of local and NW brews as well as some imports like Mikkeller. Great selection. When I’m back in town I will be back.

Coop is an amazing place here in town. Matt really looks out for the beer community. The selection is always rotating with some consistent beers that always hold their shelf. They have growlers from Table rock.

I can only talk about the beer selection, I didn’t walk around at all. I was told they have a great selection of cheese, bread, meats, etc.....
They have a great beer selection beers. Both local/regional beers and imports. Some local growlers are available.

Quaint little food market tucked away in an older neighborhood. I’ve been going here since I started my craft beer journey and absolutely love it. Matt and Ashton are great guys that know their stuff and love what they do. They’ll help you out with whatever they can and are usually down to have a good beer chat. Great selection of beers at generally reasonable prices; never disappointed. Additionally, their deli has delicious sandwiches (cheeses, meats, yadda). It can get a little crowded, but it’s well worth it. This is numero uno for places to stop in Boise, cheers!

Awesome selection of beers. Alot that aren’t found else where in the Boise area. Also unique food options. Overall excellent experience.
