Iím a regular there, have purchased close to a dozen kegs, cases and cases of beer, and soda/tonic etc...last week I had ordered a quarter keg of Killian"s, was told by store mgr that I was all set, and no problem. Got there Friday night to pick it up, and "surprise" ..."sorry, itís not available"...I have over 50 guests coming for a St Patrickís day pub crawl the next day...I do killians every year...not this year. No call, no time to order Harp or Smithwicks either there or elsewhere - asked idiot clerk why..."couldnít get it"- why no heads up..."didnít have your number"...arenít I in your computer system..."we donít have one"....but, they did offer a Sam Adams Boston lager- (great,,a beer named for an Englishman in my house for St Pats) ...look, Iíve never drank it- how about we open a bottle of it, Iíll take a sip or two, and if I like it, Iíll drop the $85..."no, we cant do that, itís against the law"..(this is how they handle mistakes on their end) ...and Iím a regular...forced to buy it and "hope I like it"..."the worst customer service oriented company I have ever dealt with"...mistakes on their end from the beginning to end- wouldnít budge on price- offered nothing in assistance , compensation, or apology - done with them- as are the 5 regulars from my neighborhood. Buy whatís in stock..better yet, buy elsewhere.

My local beverage store. Obviously a great selection of macros (yawn), a whole wall dedicated to micros. Many, many regional brews (NY state), also Unibroue well represented. At least two growler taps going at any given time. Staff during the day is much better, at night thereís a slacker kid that doesnít know thing one about beer working.
