Stopped on a Thursday night, bar was devoid of any patrons, many people showed up to fill growlers, and had to wait over 25 minutes to get them filled due to the foamy beer, for which the bartenders seemed to not care. I ordered the sampler of 8 of the house beers in supposed 4oz pours. with the foam left on the beer i got 2-3 oz pours.. including a mixed beer called a "Two pour" WTF? food looked premade and frozen and just reheated. This is a cold and bland corporate environment wait staff was robotic but unattentive. I had consumed 5 of the 8 samples before even being asked if I wanted to order food. just a really disappointing experience.

Not entirely unlike the east Wichita location, or any other Granite City for that matter. Located in the New Market Square shopping area, this place gets rather busy on weekend nights. While beer and quality of food do not seem to vary, I have to mention that the service here has been remarkably bad. In two visits, I have twice received the wrong beer, twice received the wrong size of glass, once failed to receive mug club discount, twice have had party memberís food "forgotten" and arrive 15 minutes after the rest of the food was delivered, and once had waitress top my wifeís dessert with lots of nuts, even though she had previously had it served without nuts, and menu doesnít mention nuts, oh and did I mention she is fatally allergic? Listen people, donít just go throwing nuts on everything because you screwed up the whole night and think a sprinkling of fatal pecans on the dessert will somehow make up for it.
