This is your average craft beer based airport bar. I suspect that much like the Great Dane at the Madison airport it is actually run by someone else under the Great Lakes label. That established it is one of the better places to stop if you have a long layover in Cleveland or have time to kill before a flight.
<br > In addition to a couple of staples like Edmund Fitzgerald there were three seasonals on draft. None were unique draft only but given that Great Lakes is more of a production brewery this was not too surprising. Prices seemed in line with your typical captive audience - a little step compared to the local bar but not as outrageous as a professional sports arena.

The ambiance is what you would expect from the setting. It was just before lunchtime when I stopped by which may be a different atmosphere but experience tells me probably not. If youíve got time to kill and want a beer or two stop here to pass the time.

Located across from Gate C-14, offering six-packs and 12-packs to go. 6 standard and two seasonals on draught. 4-ounce sampler flights available. Good variety of pub food. Above average ambience with silent TVs and commercial/DJ-free music. Separate bar and dining area. Airport WiFi was "down". Airport flight status display across the hall. Comfortable place to relax.

Revisited March 2013, they sell six packs and 12 pack mixed packs to go now, which is pretty cool (inside of security, so you can bring it home with you). Also noticed they do sampler flights, which I hadnít seen previously. Locations in both Concourse C and Concourse A of the Cleveland airport. Concourse A is a smaller location, typical grungy airport restaurant / bar, with only three taps. The location in Concourse C is much larger, and nicer. They feature 8 GLBC taps, a couple of which appear to rotate somewhat regularly. I did not have the food, but what was coming out looked like typical Airport fare. Certainly worth a stop during a layover.

A good sized airport outlet with a long bar and plenty of seated place. 8 beers on tap and flight for 8$ (4 X 4 on). Food menu is well priced and varied. I had the suasage platter which was very tasty, with braised red cabbage...

Typical airport brewpub location. Has hit-or-miss service that can be OK if your flight is off-kilter from everyone elses; or it can be the typical frustrating airport experience if youíre on the right flight times. As with most non-brewing satellite locations of a brewpub, the beer can be either good, or soured, and/or unavailable. And as usual the choices available are below a ratebeerianís expectations a brewpub. Not as pricy as some airports.

Large open design, more welcoming than the usual dank and cramped airport bar. Beers are offered in flights of three, four or five, mandatory fir brewpubs imho, but sadly a rare sight in airport brewpubs. I had rated seven of the eight beets on offer, but that speaks more to the teady availability of Great Lakes in DC than it does about any potential limitations of the pub. Food choices were interesting, but the food itself (bratwurst) was flavorless and overcooked. The idiot on my right ordered a Malbec, and the stupid girl pn my left complained about the lack of Bud Lite. I offered her my water instead. She was confused.

In Concourse C in Clevelandís Hopkins airport. About 8 drafts on, very good find for an airport!

Concourse C at Cleveland Airport. 7 or 8 taps going of the standard Great Lakes offerings, and one seasonal going, Nesferatu in this case. Can do 3 or 4 flight samplers, or knock back an Imperial - there are no other draft sizes to choose from, which is a bit unusual. Food is actually quite good for an airport. I had a decent sausage with perogies and slaw. I would be happy to have a brewpub of this quality in my area. In an airport, this is an absolute oasis. Should also note that this didnít have the typical rushed and harried atmosphere of most airport dining options. Service quick and efficient.
