Down in BG while trying out for the fire department. Decided to check out this store because I had already been to Chuckís. Pretty good selection. I talked to their "beer guy" for a while and found some pretty cool stuff. Walked away with a Dogfish Squall, a Stone Vertical Epic 10 and a Nogne O Dark Horizon 2nd edition. Store was very neat and clean. Well lit and well organized. I really liked the beerbible.com shelf talkers they had. It made it much easier for me to decide what I wanted. I will be back.

They have a humongous beer wall that could be overwhelming, but there is constantly helpful and knowledgeable staff offering their assistance with your beer choices. They have familiar and even more unfamiliar selections in lots of beer varieties (wheat ales, lambics, dopplebachs, IPAs, etc etc). Every Friday they have beer tastings hosted by friendly and informative employees with in-house made beer cheese and/or olive dip, crackers, and cheese blocks to nibble with the brews. (Saturdays they also have wine tastings for all you wine drinkers.)
Iíve definitely expanded my beer pallet and knowledge thanks to them. Great for vetern/new/curious beer drinkers

They have a wide selection of micro-brews from (but not limited to) Bells, Rogue, Stone, Dogfish Head, Shaflay, Ommegang, and a lot of imports. Probably the largest selection of micro-brews in Bowling Green. They keep up with the seasonal and limited edition beers. The staff is more than willing to help you out and do special orders, and they have beer on tap for tastings every Friday.
Hell, a lot of beer. Great for any beer geek.

I enjoy visiting this place on every trip to Bowling Green. Greenwood doesnt have prices as low as Chucks just up the road, but you can buy singles here. This is a great place to fill in holes in your beer tasting. The selection may be better than Chucks, it just depends on the day that you are there. Another must visit in Bowling Green.

The store is very easy to find right off of the interstate. I did not have much time here so I did not check out the cheese shop. I can guarantee Iíll be back. This is a gem for anyone living in North Alabama. Wonderdul selection with most Stone products and a handful of Belgians and German beers.

This place is located about 60 miles from my house. I am glad the ratebeerians found this, because I have a place to stock up on Bells since my parents can no longer bring Bells down from Illinois. The store has a very open and organized feel to it. Singles are moderately priced, in the cooler and on the shelves. The shelves and coolers are neatly organized with wide aisles for easy browsing. The micro selection includes Bells, Goose Island, Stone, DFH. Ky beers include BBC and Alltech. Some of the limted release beers are a little pricey, such as $21 for DFH Fort and $10.50 for Raison Díextra 12 ounce. Iíll cut them some slack, because they are in Bowling Green, KY. Worth a stop if you are driving on I-65. Just check the dates on a few beers.

I really like this store. I stop here almost every time I drive from Louisville to Atlanta. They have a very diverse selection of micros, macros, and imports. They recently hired a new beer manager, who keeps the shelves well-stocked with new and interesting brews. They sell almost all of their beers in both 6-packs and in singles. Their website is a bit outdated but gives a good idea of their selection. They have a very large selection of whiskey and bourbon, and the country ham is delicious (this is Kentucky).

Good selection but nonetheless I got disappointed. I was looking for Sprecher Dark Lager and they didnít have it and couldnít get it. But they did have enough that I found several Iím looking forward to trying. Several I bought were based on the suggestions of the staff. Friday afternoon tasting sound fun but I havenít made it to those. I does appear that their interest in the microbrews is genuine. I didnít even look at any of the edibles.

Decent selection of micros (Bells, Rogue, Stone, and some CO brews as well. Most everything was available as a single. I got a 10% discount for buying a six pack. Staff was helpful. Big place, easy to find, right off the I-65. Good selection of bourbons and other whiskies.
