Stopped in here on a recent trip to Greensboro to grab a few brews. Upon walking in I was greeted by the two staff in the store. I walked back into the beer section and started browsing. While the beer selection was not a large as some stores Iíve been to, they made it for it with quality of brews. Picked up a few things and hung around and chatted with the staff after checking out. Very nice people and it is worth it to swing by and check them out if you are in the area.

Made a quick stop here when I was in town last. They were about to close and let me come in and make a quick run through. Not a huge selection but decent quality and definitely cover the locals and good beligans well. Give these nice guys business, they deserve it.

Wow, I stumbled upon this place when I was furniture shopping. To my suprise, they had many bottles that I hadnt even seen in NC before. They had a nice selection and would let you break sixers. Apparently they have a 10% discount if you buy a certain amount of bottles. I purchased something like 15 bottles and received the discount. Great little store that is a wine store first but is worth stopping in.

When we lived in dark times and had to dri ve to Virginina to get anything greater than 6% alcohol, the GSO WIne Warehouse was there for us. There service is as always excellent. They are always will to make and take suggestions. Great sense of humor and passion for good beer. There are other stores with greater selection but you sacrifice your dignity to ask for beer in those Wal-Marts of wine. The Wine Warehouse is the best beer store in town with no exceptions.

Unfortunately, this place now has a "for lease" sign on the building. Sadly, this was one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating beer hunterís nightmare.

Nice little strip mall location. Beer and Wine only. For North Carolina the selection was impeccable. Bitter De ranke, Fantome BBBr, Firestone Double Barrell (how did this cross the Mississippi) Local micros represented. Let you break and make sixers. They keep the leftovers in the fridge. Dig around you might find something. Basically they had lots of beers Iíd never seen before in NC. Helpful staff.
