This is a great place and a must see for any beer lover while in Dublin...or Ireland for that matter. The low ratings reflect only one thing really...the fact that you really can’t rate "selection" higher than even a very friendly 5 or 6. Nonetheless...if you love beer...craftbeer or not...this is a great tour and a great view from the top...especially with the "perfect pour" in your hand. I also tried the food and thought the Guinness stew was excellent.

I just love visiting breweries, destilleries and stuff, so the Guinness tour was a "must-have" during my time in Ireland. The tour through the brewery was really nice and visitable. It ends in the Gravity Bar which is at the very top of the Storehouse and offers you a great view of Dublin (I love that city). Selection is Guinness-limited but nice and the beer tastes really nice freshly draught. When you have the time and opportunity, this place is worth a visit.

Visited here in April ’09 at the end of the brewery tour. A non beer person friendly tour I must add which I took with my girlfriend. The tour gives you a voucher for a pint at the top (of the pint!). There are always folk who don’t want a pint so you may be offered a voucher or two if you fancy it! Great views of Dublin from up top. beers available are obviously from Guinness.

well. its the bar at the top of the building where you go for the guinness tour. .. great view .. better than average pint of the black stuff .. lots of info on the tour .. was told we were on a slow day and it was busy, wow .. . a must stop for the tourists, so ham it up and get a free pint at the end of a good tour.

(Visited 11/2012): The Guinness tour at the Storehouse ends in the Gravity Bar on the 7th floor. It is located on Thomas Street at St. James Gate and is on the route of a couple of the hop on-hop off buses.

The bar offers a 360° view of Dublin. Vouchers for a pint that are part of the tour cost are redeemed at a small bar in the center, and there is seating around the perimeter plus several standing tables.

Not surprisingly the selection here is limited to Guinness. Despite not wanting to reinforce a cliche, it does taste better from the source.

Service at the bar was good, and they obviously take the whole "perfect pour" philosophy seriously.

We did not try any food during our tour.

Overall whether a fan of the beer or not, the tour is well done and the view is incredible, making this a worthwhile stop in Dublin.

El bar más alto de Dublin. Sólo para tomar Guinness. Y si te gusta esa cerveza, ahí es dónde realmente saben servirla.

In packed times, service is hard to come by. Bit irritating but funny seeing students hovering around drunken tourists which are leaving without finishing their pint in order to have a quick quarrel about who gets the left over... Nice views and the beer is splendidly spot on! Prices are a bit high unfortunately.
