How do I rate this place? Ambiance is absolutely fantastic if you like or are interested in Guinness. Everything you ever wanted to know about it, the history, brewing process, styles, pairing with food, how to pour, etc. Service is equally fantastic, no shortage of staff to help, advise, teach, pour, etc. Selection is terrible, draught and mid strength, no extra stout or foreign extra available, disappointed. Food was delicious in the restaurant on the 4th or 5th floor, gravity bar has the best view of the city, 360 degrees. Overall, a one and done kind of place, no need to go twice, interesting but would have been happy to have a selection of one-offís or special brews just for the storehouse.

Visited some time ago, but it obviously made a great impression. A nice tour around the brewery, intended for the tourists. But still, worth visiting when in Dublin. If not for the tour at least for the pint of Guinness at the Gravity Bar which comes together with a great view.

Touristic and medium tour, nice view from the gravity bar, but the draught Guinness was the best of it all. Nothing really special, but since your in Dublin ...

Visited over 15 years ago, great view, though the selection is a bit limited, naturally.

Guess itís a must visit stop. Went to the gravity bar. Only Guinness as a choice as expected. Cool view. Ambience is nice due to the view but the actual brewery has a nothing feel to it. Just a big company with no soul kind of thing

Itís a definite stop if youíre in Dublin for the first time, but I found the experience a bit soulless. I did what felt like a self-guided factory tour, most of the displays were very high tech but the content was dumbed down about as far as you could get. Great view from the Gravity bar but only one offering; I didnít stick around for a meal or to try the other bar so I canít rate that, but I understand there is a marginally wider selection of beers there. Service was of the "go away solo traveller, we have a big tour group to take care of" variety A bit of a tourist trap, but worth a visit once.
