Cozy and casual, with a nice view of the canal. The beer selection is far from the widest but still somewhat unusual and interesting. The food is above average for a small pub of this sort.

Nice little cafe/pub along a canal in the center. Outdoor tables along the canal, and as noted by Plaas - a cozy little bar inside. Food was excellent, set 3-course menu with lots of options for ~€20. Beer list is by no means overwhelming, but solid and beats h*ll out of most of the other local cafes. Great place for a quiet dinner on the canal and some quality beers.

Cosy beer pub in the centre of Rotterdam. It is more than a pub, it is a restaurant too, quite popular, but I never tried the food. I tried beer instead. Their beer list was quite usual on the first sight, but then I discovered they serve Schlenkerla, and some other Bamberg Beers too. On tap, there is a beer of De Pelgrim very often, which is a good thing. Still, the list could become more Dutch. The staff is friendly and interested. The ambiance is open en pretty local. Nice place.
