Lovely place on Harbord. Very solid kitchen and a small but respectable draft beer selection. Always something on cask. Great staff. Pretty easy to become a regular if you live nearby.

2011-03. Visited on a Saturday afternoon last March for a pub crawl, we took over the entire upstairs with our party and enjoyed some local beers on tap. Service seemed friendly enough, though completely overrun with us, but we didnít stay for food. It was an OK place, Iím not sure what the big draw was other than proximity to other good bars. Might return one day to decide on this further. (3/9/8/NA/9/10) 60%

A small restaurant with a small bar not far from Bloor and Bathurst, and therefore the Victory Cafe. 8 taps, mostly Ontario craft beer selection. Passable place, though one can walk further south into Kensington Market and a few other places.

A lovely little walk-up style pub. Small but bright room with a small set of outdoor tables on a covered front stoop. Smallish light wood bar in one corner and a nice selection of taps and usually a cask as well. Not necessarily a great beer spot but the ambience here is great. There is a small but solid menu as well. Iíll be back.

This place has a cross selection of micros and industrial taps. The service could of been better if the server believed me that the cask beer was off. Oh boy was it off, it was sour... He tried to explain what Cask beer was, yada yada, he didnít believe it was bad. Instead he said, íwell cask is an acquired tasteí . It sure is when itís sour and oxidized.

Super little pub, ambience is great, very traditional feeling. Great Ontario craft brews available and one cask (Durham), the food is solid and the service is great. Itís a lovely cozy pub and the staff are friendly. Itís reasonably priced and a great addition to the Toronto scene.

Friendly service and a menu that tries to be more than just standard pub food. Good tap list of local brews, plus a regular guest tap. Thereís a patio, but itís tiny and the railing mostly blocks the streetview. Good with kids. Used to be Rowers, but has been markedly improved.
