Deli-corner store with a grand selection of american micros, belgian beer and foriegn brews. The beer guy that works there is really cool and offers a lot of one-on-one help and advice, as well as beer small talk, and this was the best thing about the store for me. Prices were a bit high, but to keep a small store like with this kind of selection in operation that is completely understandable.

Nice little upscale corner store off Castro. Small seleciton of great stuff, a few rarities here. I would have bought a LOT more but pricing is bad. $13 range for most belgians that usually go for 8-10. Malheur Brut was 38. ____ that.

They have a cooler of NoCal singles, one of Belgians and another one of assorted others. There is also another non cooled shelving unit where I spotted a barleywine I havenít had yet and some Cantillon Iris and others. The prices arenít priced the best but they arenít out of line either (I noticed Flying Dog Saison for $13.95 here and I bought one in Santa Cruz for $11.95). The guy behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. He took great care in cleaning the bottles and removing the price tags while talking with me. The friendliness of the place and pretty solid selection will draw me back here the next time Iím in The City.

I drove past this little corner store at least 50 times, and didnít ever see a reason to stop until I met Matt at a local beer bar. His description was very accurate - hundreds of beer choices in a small space, including lots of Belgians and high end U.S. micros, many of which are hard to find. There is also a good deli menu.

Visited 4/29/07. Rami and Matt stock an incredible selection of Belgian beers in coolers in this little corner store with some mini-mart and deli items. While there are some micro and other international beers, these guys try to stock all the Belgians they can get their hands on...very impressive!

Incredible selections of Belgians, maybe the best in the Bay Area. Good amount of American Crafts as well.

Corner market with a large selection of Belgian and Belgian-style ales in 750ml size bottles, all kept cold in a line of display coolers. At the time of my visit (early Feb 2007) there were over 149 craft beers, of which 84 were from Belgium. The owner said he expected to receive another 25 or so Belgians in the next week. Some interesting beers I havenít seen elsewhere recently included the Kapittel range, Deschutes Abyss, Leute Bok, three beers from Belgian brewer Blaugies, Ecaussinnes Ultrabrune, and Duinen Dubbel and Tripel. Prices are high Ė about 24% higher than BevMo and 13% higher than PlumpJack Ė but the interesting selection makes it worthwhile. Very tough on-street parking but open late nightly.
