Extremely small shop, but with such awesome bottles to purchase. Exactly what I need as a beer hobbyist. If they only served beer as well. It’s closer to where I live so I’ve got that for me as well. Great service and recommendations for me. Also, I want to do the club they offer -- limited releases, monthly beers, etc. With this and City Beer, I’m considering San Francisco (it’s a small city!) a great geographical location to shop for good beer!

Tremendous store! Parking can be dicey, but the selection is incredible for a small shop, and the service is top notch. The employee who helped me really knew his stuff and even offered to sell me something out of his personal stuff so I could get another state rating. Love this place.

This is hands down the best beer shop I’ve ever been to. I walked in and immediately had goose bumps and was almost light headed with excitement. The tiny little shop is densely packed with an extra-ordinarily curated selection of hard to find and the best of the best classics from CA and around the world. The staff were such enthusiastic beer nerds (or bourbon nerds). I would be much lighter in my wallet but have an amazing cellar if this wasn’t on the other side of the country. Dob’t tell everyone though... :) Also, great hummus samples!

A world class beer store. We walked there from Monk’s kettle on our way to Toronado. It is in reality quite small inside, but don’t let that fool you. Selection is very well picked from the likes of Lost Abbey, RR, FW, Cascade.... to name but a few. There was some very interesting limited edition brews such as 50/50 Eclipse on offer. I was also impressed with the extensive vintages of Gales Prize Old ale, which you could never get in the UK. The guy behind the desk was both knowledgeable and helpful. Interesting looking bourbons and snacks also available. An essential visit if you are in SF.

Awesome selection it’s overwhelming almost for how small the store is. Rami was super helpful, knew just about everything about every beer in there and there’s lots. Just a really great feel, attitude and overall awesome experience.

This place is true to their motto: Purveyors of fine beer, bourbon and hummus. There was an extensive selection of all three, great beer selection, fairly good prices, and very friendly staff (our guy didn’t know anything about beer but a lot about bourbon think it depends on who you get). That being said he called a supplier to find out something about a beer for us and don’t think you get better service then that. Between this and City Beer you can get all your beer needs in the SF taken care off.

Excellent beer shop. Large selection, organized in a general way by brewery. Selection changes in and out, so some stuff is unavailable at times. Staff are friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They are willing and able to make good recommendations based on what you like. All in all, a superb beer shop.

Top of the line bottle shop with just about everything you can imagine. The small store focuses on craft beer and small batch bourbon. And is one of the only places I’ve heard that have commissioned barrel aged beers for themselves (the other is Knightly Spirits in Orlando, FL)> You can even order stuff they have in stock online and they will ship to you. Whoa. When I was there they had the entire Lost Abbey lineup, Firestone Walker special release, 50/50 Eclipse releases. Really top notch albeit a little expensive. Staff there was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
