Iíve wanted to come here for a long time, but Saturday-only hours were kind of limiting. Now they have a proper taproom with expanded hours, so itís worthwhile coming here just for a beer or two, even if you donít do the tour. They had two special casks on, two other seasonals, and some of their core range. They do have burgers, brats, etc which looked OK but I did not partake. Outdoor picnic tables were great since the weather was nice (theyíre on a covered porch). Plenty of parking. One server-in-training was the star of the show, whereas the more experienced guy training her was much less impressive. Worth a stop.
I stopped on by here on a Saturday morning. 11am tour wasnít too busy, but by the 12:30 one, the place had filled in nicely. Food truck outside with some pretty delicious food. Folks pouring the beers were quite nice and beer samples were part of the tour - with the option to buy pints. Two casks, but just amped up versions of the regular beer when I visited. Bottles available to purchase.
Tour was nice, with ability to walk around entire brewery - a touch sticky on the floor around the barrels - time for a good cleaning! Probably worth going for brewery competitions, people who arenít familiar with their beers or people who really just want to drink a few Heavy Seas beers.
Small parking lot. Small wooded deck area just outside. Small bar, sits maybe 10. Many small tables made from barrels which can probably sit 4 apiece. 8 beers on tap, which included 2 Uncharted Waters. Good prices on beer, great prices on most merch. Bartenders were very kind, and very entertaining. I think they were drinking along with the patrons, but I am in no way trying to ruin anyoneís good time. Nice little place.

I am not sure where the picture came from in the listing, but it does not look like that at all. Located in an industrial complex, the tasting room is in the very front. There is limited signage that indiciates when to go in so I sat in the parkling lot for 15 minutes trying to figure out if i was in the right place. Once I figured it out I had a very enjoyable Thursday evening. They had 8 beers on tap plus 2 on cask. Mostly their standard offerings but also a couple barrel aged beers. Very friendly staff...I actually got an impromtu tour of the brewery from an employee who was sitting at the bar having a pint. Nice atmosphere and really a great place. No food, but it appears you can bring your own.
Visited the tap room for the first time last night and was pleasantly surprised. Quiet and clean tasting room. Nicole was knowledgeable and friendly. since I was driving I enjoyed the $2, 5 ounce glasses. I tried their Gold, Cutlass Amber, Peg Leg, and Winter Storm Cask which was the best of the selection. Was disappointed that Black Canon wasnít available.
I feel this isnít fair to rate as itís going through a renovation, but Iíll do my best to be fair.
The brewery is located in an industrial park that isnít very appealing, graffiti is abound in the area. The brewery is being renovated, but the gift center offers some good prices on shirts, glassware, and growler fills. We were toured by the owner due to a chance of luck and he was kind enough to explain what they were doing. The new tasting area is shaping up nicely and Iíd visit again once they finish. The tasting room currently offers 7 beers, one being a cask ale.
Overall right now I see no real reason to stop in unless you have never had any beer. I saw nothing that isnít on shelves other than a dry hopped Loose Cannon Cask, which was good. Stop in by the end of the year though to see the brewery anew.
