Was kind of hard to find someone to help...nice cooler selection of beers....Stone, Founders, New Glarus, DFH, all the heavy hitters that you canít get at MN bottle shops. WIll definitely be back and is the best in Hudson. Hopefully they expand their singles.

Really nice selection of MN and regional singles, as well as all the relevant NG beers (just got in a shipment of Belgian Red and Raspberry Tart a few days before we got there). Also have stuff like Furthermore, Founders, Flat Earth, etc. Decent prices, good singles selection (most things are available as singles), and knowledgeable service, at least during our trip.

I found this place due to this site. Thanks! When I cross the river for my New Glarus, I stop here and grab all of the brands that donít make it across the river. The people there were very helpful, plus they threw in a New Glarus glass after purchasing a case. Great store...best in the area.

Been here many times, but had yet to enter a rating. For the Minnesotan, hereís your stop for DFH, Stone, New Glarus, Fort Collins, etc. About the same price as Chiconeís and more helpful service (at least in my experience).

Casanova now has Stone IPA, PA, Ruination, Arrogant Bastard, DFH 120 and a few more 4pks. A bunch or Southern Tier, Oskar Blues, and new beer arriving everyweek. They also have the largest single bottle rack in the cities. They have over 250 12oz bottles to pick from and they are both priced individualy. Definatly worth the stop or make a trip out of it because they are open everyday even sunday.

Casanovaís has most of the beers that are available at Chiconeís, but with a much better atmosphere and generally friendlier staff. The singles selection is also much better than Chiconeís and prices seem comparable. It is worth checking out both stores if you are from the cities and want to get all the domestics that arenít available in Minnesota. One bad thing is that the foreign beer selection is not very good here. Old Rating: 74

Wow, this place seems to improve every time that I visit it. Great selection, and lots of singles to choose from. Prices are a little high, but otherwise it is outstanding. Oh yeah, they also apparently do growler fills on a number of the beers that they carry!

I love this place. Very friendly atmosphere. Staff is always eager to help. Sometimes there is even a dog walking around to pet. Nice selection of New Glarus, Tyranena etc. Southern Tier, Dogfish, Founders and a nice mix of imports. They just started doing a singles section which is pretty nice.

While I was over the border to go to another store, I decided to check this place out. The ambiance canít be beat for a liquor store. The service is very good. I had two very nice employees ask me if I needed help finding things. They have similar offerings to the other store in town, but not as much. However, I usually go across the border to get New Glarus - they have it all. They donít seem to have as many Sconni craft brewers as the other place, but the service and the store itself more than make up for it.

Good selection of Dogfish Head as well as some Founders. The selection is not huge but if they do have things that you cannot find in Minnesota and it is right on the border of the state so the convenience is nice. Re - rate on 2/27/09 After frequenting this store monthly for a couple of years it has really taken off and separated itself as the premier store in Hudson. The selection of craft beer is single bottles continues to grow and the service is always friendly.

Much better service than Chiconeís. Selections is different. Found some Two Brothers and Southern Tier, Big Eddy, Founders that Chicones didnít have. Building had a nice rustic feel to it. Decent spirits selection as well. A nice alternative to Chiconeís. Update: 5/22/08. Domestic singles selection is fantastic! Probably 80+ different mix-n-match domestic (and a few import) 12 oz singles. They do still lack, however, in import bottles.
