All I can say is wow! Itís about time the South had any sort of decent beer selection and this place is way better than decent. There are well over 1,000 different beers in the store - all organized by style. I bought a Heavy Seas Prosit Imperial Octoberfest from the seasonal/new release section and a Haandbryggeriet Dark Force from the Porter/Stout aisle. I then moved into the Belgian section and picked up an Alvinne Melchoir. They had great prices on the less obscure stuff as well. They also have an impressive selection of wine along with a full range of home brewing supplies. It looks like I have a new beer store. Thank God!

Very good selection of trappist beers. Very convenient mini trolleys which always ends filled with different bottles of american beers which their largest diversity. The selection of beers in the fridge is adequate. Also has good bottles of wine.

Best beer store in the Atlanta area. I try to always buy my beer from these guys unless Im in a rush and just looking for a quick Natty Treasure or PBR fix. Also a great resource for home brewers, with quality supplies and knowledgeable experts willing to impart their knowledge you canít go wrong if youíre looking making some delicious beer of your own at home.

Iím pretty new to beer, but this place has the best selection Iíve seen. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable. The Belgian section is truly top notch. They serve as a homebrew shop as well. I wish this shop was in my city!

one of the best stores; i have ever been toí just added a 60 tap section increasing it from the 15 taps from before; plus the beers are all awesome and in some cases up to get; the beer selection is beyond awesome with over 1000 or more different beers; staff is excellent and some know alot about beers

Iíve been hooked since my first visit! I couldnít wait for this place to open because of the homebrew supplies, but it is my new beer mecca. I initially compared it to Greenís or Toko Giant when I first visited... I soon learned that there is nothing similar about these places! Kraig will sit there and talk to you about any kind of beer you want to talk about and his beer guy has the perfect balance of passion and knowledge. I have found some beers cheaper (only 2-3%) elsewhere, but for everything that comes with this place, itís well worth it. My only complaint is that the entire store isnít beer! These guys are doing the best job of anyone in town, the state, and possibly the southeast in my opinion.

My favorite beer shop in Atlanta! This place has a huge variety of beers to choose from. Their staff also knows their stuff and can answer any beer question. They also have a great selection of growlers. I highly recommend a visit to Hop City.

A small store but it is packed full of Craft Beer with a great selection. It takes a long time to walk up and down the tight isles and see everything they have. Great selection in their Growler Bar as well. Probably my favorite craft beer store.

Simply the best! How can you not say that when the selection is the best in Atlanta or anywhere else close. The staff is beyond friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The prices are good. They fit more value and selection into the square footage than I ever seen. My only complaint is it isnít closer to my home! Luckily it is close enough to work.
