First visited in 2011 on Gameday, (U of O vs. CU). Itís definitely a local hangout. Great food and beer selection. Hop Valley makes some of the best beer in the valley.

Visited around 3pm on Monday 10/11/14, just a short walk from Ninkasi brewing, I was surprised how busy this place was considering it was in between the main eating times. Set in an industrial unit, this taproom is clean, functional and is a decent sized space. The good atmosphere and busy vibe made up for the somewhat forumulaic surroundings. Eclectic mix of people, some young beery types, a couple of lone drinkers, two old ladies with sticks supping away at the table next to us! There were around 15 beers on tap, all their own, tasters were available for all beers and served on a tasting tray in the shape of a giant hop leaf - nice! Good selection of beers and styles, plenty of ticks, 2 cask lines also dispensing. Beers were generally Ok, some of the generic brew pub offerings were pretty blah - the wit, the pils etc, but the seasonals and one offs were good. Service was prompt and friendly, we didnít eat here so I took little notice of what was on offer. Solid stop, youíre not going to get beer of the year by any means but great for ticks and a few solid numbers in amongst the standard brewpub style range.

Been here a few times when working in the area. Large place with lots of seating inside and outside. Nice beer selection of their own brews. Good food, not great and over priced. Friendly and attentive staff.

Just by luck, I found this place. Went to the bar to eat. Bar staff was ok. Not overly attentive. Was more concerned about the guys at the table to pay any attention sitting at the bar. Iíve read where other raters have said the food is good. I must have ordered the wrong things. Peel and eat shrimp (is that prawns?) was water logged. Steak was chewy and not a good cut. Way overpriced too. The only beer I thought was decent was their Alpha Centauri.

Went here to round out my Eugene beer experience. Nice local brewpub/family dining type restaurant. Small gift shop at the entrance. Ordered a taster tray of the beers. You could either do 6 or 9 of the 12 they had available. The taster tray was kind of neat. It was their logo with numbered slots for each of the beers that corresponded with the beer menu. Cool idea. Service was friendly and quick, the food prices were reasonable although I thought 8 bucks for 6 tasters was a touch on the steep side. Beer was typical brewpub fare. Lots of beers for the masses and a couple of interesting selections. Nothing terrible though. Worth a stop.

Easy to get to as itís right off I-5. The beer selection is pretty good; the food however still needs some work.
