It does brew, seasonals and one off beers

Visited on my Berlin trip on a sunday evening... word of advise.. do not go there on a sunday evening. Then the place is packed with locals who come to watch television. Not like a sports match.. noooo a German crime series that lasts for over 90 minutes without commercial breaks and no noises allowed. Horror. Anyway.. had a few of their homebrews and they were all fine, nothing too special.. Very spacious with a smoking area in the back, also with television. Service was ok, just a decent brewpub. I hope to visit this again on a regular evening.

Place with soul. Enjoyed being there even if it was a short stop. Friendy service, nice atmosphere. Small place, but plenty of space on a Sunday evening. I only had time for one beer which had a lot of character. Hopefully I will be back. (Visited 14.10.2012)

Excellent brewpub in the Friedericshain district of Berlin. Visited on 29th September. Tiled interior and wood bar in front room of this three-roomed venue. Vibrant clientele comprises a fair number of local regulars as well as beer tourists. Beer was very good indeed and I especially enjoyed the Friederichshainer Cascade Amber Ale which, like an APA, was amongst the best beer I have drank in Berlin. Definitely worth a visit.

Small brewpub-place with a relaxed atmosphere located in a vibrant neighbourhood a brisk walk from the Warschauerstrasse S-bahn stop. Friendly and laid back people behind the bar serving their own beer. The beer is okay and shows great desire to experiment, which I appreciate. They also sell t-shirts with their name on. Would consider visiting again if in the area to see how their beer develops.

Las cervezas fijas de la casa son muy correctas (Pils, Trigo y Dunkel) aunque nada del otro mundo, pero tienen un grifo con una cerveza de temporada, cuando estube tenian una lager bastante lupulada y muy buena.

Nice and cozy brewpub in Friedrichshain. Selection of beers was not huge, but everything i tried was quite good. Seasonal beer at the time of my visit (early august 2012) was cascade amber lager.

Visited 07.08.2012 Very nice atmosphere, plenty of guests and some seats outside. 4 taps, pils, dunkel , hefe and a one varying a very good hoppy Cascade amber ale on my visit. They will sell it on bottle for you, if you like. Will definetly go back the next time Im in Berlin

I love the atmosphere. Beers are respectable - not real special, but real good session beers. I could drink them the whole night through...

This has grown to be my favorite brewery in Berlin. In a trendy neighborhood with a younger, hipster clientele mixed in with an older crowd and a fair amount of auslanders. Every beer I have had has been well crafted and I have really enjoyed their seasonals. I really like their mix of traditional German brewpub with slightly newer, American-influenced styles: this is found in their making of fairly traditional German styles infused with American hops. Service has always been great and friendly. Definitely worth a stop in Berlin and, again, the best blending of newer styles of beer ingredients and traditional German beers in the city.
