The brewery has moved, so this place is closed. None of the locals we asked knew the new location of the brewery, or whether it had a cafe. The website has not been updated to show the new location.

A brewery for the locals, but everyone is welcome. Went on a quiet day, only two gentlemen other than us were enjoying their beer. Restaurant is very clean, lots of warm wood used for the decor, makes you feel like you are in someone’s living room. Cozy, friendly, county-ish but an excellent place to rest after the trip to hunt the place down. I considered the selection good for the size of the place, with Grand Cru being my favorite. Food was local, but very good. Brewer / owner was kind enough to show the brewery. Stop by if you are in the area.

The brewery is in a residential area, so it can be hard to find. We went with a GPS...Very friendly ambiance and stuff, we had the chance to see the microbrewery too. Four beers was available on tap, two in glass. Tha place was very restful when we had been there.

Visited October 2009. I wonder if it would be better to label this place "Serafijn Café", as that is what the brewery call it. This was a busy, cheery place with locals playing cards and laughing. Various cats sauntered by while I was there, only one of them friendly. There is a three beer sampler available served on a wooden rack, and the draught beers are also available in smallish glasses. Also available are the Wolf lineup of beers which seem to be contract-brewed here. To eat, I had the Serafijn Ragout served with bread, which was quite good. The cafe can be a bit hard to find, being in a residential area just to the west of the church.

Since some years, Achilles has added a very nice, cosy, modern-airy looking pub to his highly succesful microbrewery. You can taste all the housebeers, many on draught, and served by the lovely daughters of the house. There is a limited menu of home-made snacks, that do right to the beers.
On the agenda on the website, you can find which events are planned, which are pretty varied usually there’s a permanent exhibition of artworks in the pub.
The outdoor patio in the orchard is a heaven of peace, in this already quiet country village.
