Went here a few weeks ago. Right off of 75. Decent parking. Seems like quite a large place. Typical Humperdinks atmosphere...kind of sports-bar-ish. Lots of TV’s, a projector playing college basketball. Service was a bit slow. Beer was iffy as usual (although they did have a decent bottle list for a Humperdinks. Food was fine. Typical experience for a Humperdinks.

Went here to celebrate my unemployment. I liked this place, interesting decor, nice atmosphere. The bartender was a slightly slow and didn’t seem to know much about beer. They serve several samples of their beer offerings at a great price. The food smelled great, plenty of people talking in the back ground, and the bartender tried his best, but he may have been new. I ate quesadilla’s which were GREAT!!!!! Good stuff....The waitress we had was terrific, and we were sitting outside on the patio, which made her response terrific! I liked this place! I went here arounf 4 in the afternoon on a week day.

This location is much more upscale in the dining room than the others...that’s about all there is to it.

I just realized I never rated a bar I lived next door to. The food is on par with a Chili’s or Fridays. Beer selection is fairly poor, and they are trying to cater to campus by offering ’beer towers’ which or there 100oz pitchers at your table. The bar side is thick with smoke, and as mentioned, the dining room can be filled with the worst singers in Dallas. If you are looking for some fried jalapeños, it could be worth the stop (but I would suggest the Blue Goose), but this place is quite less than beer worthy.

if you’re looking for micros or the humperdinks beers you will not find it here. they do not brew at this location, but they do have your basic macros from bmc to bass and harp. it is a nice place to hang and have a whiskey though. the crowd is generally 20’s to mid 30’s with a lot of local service personell after midnight one am due to their ability to stay open an hour later than most bars just north of them. i have spent a few lost evenings there making wagers to have people drink bottles of malt vinegar and the like. a laid back place with the main drawback being the occasional karaoke night, but at least they do that in the resaraunt portion of the place.it is not the most cost effective place either.
