My buddy Nate turned me on to this place. Great single bottle selection and will break six-packs for you. They carry a ton of stuff you can’t get in Kentucky which is nice since it is right off the exit.

Nice bottle shop in Hyde Park. Solid selection and nice staff. They don’t get too many esoteric beers in, but they have a good selection nonetheless.

The few times i have been here, i have enjoyed the selection and the service. The staff is not afraid to offer suggestions if you tell them what styles you like. I just wish this place was closer to the north end of Cincinnati.

In Nati visting a friend and of course I look up the top place, thankfully and awesomely it was 2 miles from this house. I came in not expecting much because its Cincy but I came away shockingly surprised. They have two rows of beer, at least a hundred choices. American craft is well represented especially the midwest, tons of bells, troets, weyerbacher. International is ok, nothing special, the staples but nothing crazy. You can select singles out of all 6 packs which is awesome. I found 2007 pannepot for 6 bucks a bottle. Service was nice and the prices were the best. Everything was at least 20% below what is in Chicago. A must stop for beer when in Cincinnati.

My visit was strictly for beer! Didn’t give a damn about the rest of the store. Decent amount of stuff crammed into one isle! I found my goods and got out. I was offered no help, but didn’t really need any. Two ladies at the register probably didn’t know they carried beer in the place. I noticed some reviewers raved about the service, so consider service experience varied by who is in the store. Doesn’t hold a candle to my local favorite "Root Cellar," in Silverton area, but they did have some stuff I could never find at Root Cellar. Final Word: I will only be back if I’m in the area.

Tucked into the shopping center just east of Edwards on Madison (one of Cincinnati’s busiest intersections), I can’t believe I hadn’t been here before. The place has the look and feel of a typical liquor store upon entering, but swing around the registers to the front wall on the wine side of the store, and there is a seriously impressive beer aisle. Big selections of Allagash, Dogfish Head, Great Lakes, Goose Island, Unibroue, AleSmith, Rogue, Bell’s, Brooklyn, Founders, Thirsty Dog, Hoppin’ Frog, Avery, Stone, Southern Tier, and many more. Lots of Belgians, and some Cantillon and Bruery selections as well. There are stray bottles and boxes all over the place, so it might take some time to dig and see everything.

GREAT selection but the staff is interchangeable with what you’d find at the local Mickey D’s. Some great selections and rareties available at few other locales but the staff may as well not even exist.

The only thing against this store is the busy location, other than that the selection is amazing! Two full isles of amazing beer. Plenty of 22s & 750s also. Plus they allow busting off sixers. We had excellent service that offered suggestions & showed new arrivals. Great store!

A nice store in a very busy area. The owners and many of the people who work there are more than happy to help find things and even order something if they don’t have it in stock. They are making every effort to bring in the best new beers into Cincinnati. Highly recommended if you are in the area and don’t mind some traffic.
