Very cool place. Probably the nicest looking brewpub in the Twin Cities. The beer is excellent, but unfortunately there are only a few on tap. They also offer a couple casks, and sometimes specialty bottles, however. The real bummer is that this place is generally packed. The staff does a great job of making the experience bearable, but I wouldnít recommend going during peak hours.
Nice tap room for enjoying all of their beers. Lots of seating, and a super long bar if you want to sit at the bar. Outdoor patio as well, but it was raining. Food truck on hand to cure the beer hunger. I would come back here for sure.
A short walk from the bus. Large warehouse style space but the tasting room is nicely appointed. Business went from 0-60 instantaneously, as I came in ahead of two large tours. Bartender was kinda offensive. While she was highly efficient, she was standoffish to customers and downright rude to co-workers. Excellent beer quality. Excellent happy hour prices, but prices are solid at all times.
Visited with evanlarkin, Deyholla, jackl, Chris & Blake. Warehouse type production brewery with a smallish taproom up front. Nice space, friendly service. Beers were tasty. No flights, seems to be a pattern, not sure why. Staff handled the crowds well. Nice stop.
Great tap room. Tons of selections on tap, including two special casks and one nitro tap. Cheap prices, especially for happy hour, and just a solid lineup of great beers. Service was absolutely top-notch when we went as well, really friendly and helpful staff.
Stopped by on a Friday night. Cool place tucked away in a warehouse area of Minneapolis. Very nice tap room, although people smoke right outside of the open windows, making it seem as if there are people smoking right in the room. Fast service. Selection is pretty limited, but they do have dry hopped versions of some of the beers available, two cask pours, and at least one nitro. What they lack in quantity they make up for in quality though. Prices are quite reasonable. Overall, definitely a solid place, and I look forward to seeing where this brewery goes.
Re-rate: Stopped by on a Friday evening. This place is killing it in terms of beer quality, and the selection and prices were solid. There were even places to sit, and the service was quick. One of the top breweries in the state now.
A smallish tap room with a small patio out side with a cool overall vibe. Often a wait to get in on the weekends which is a bit of a downer. Nice re purposed wood throughout the place. Service is good considering the usual crowd. Always seems to be a cask on with a few rare taps which makes it well worth the visit. Food trucks are often there, but no kitchen in the place itself. Price are solid. One of the better breweries around town IMO.
Really nice taproom, with a pretty big outdoor patio. I was a little limited on time, so I only had one tapper, but also bought some bottles of Rum King. Tap selection was pretty limited at the time, I think maybe I was just unlucky with my timing. I would probably stop back again, at least next year for Rum King again, if not before.
Definitely a place worth seeking out. Itís located a bit out of the way in Northeast Minneapolis, but itís close enough to some other breweries to make it part of a nice crawl. The tap roomís a standard affair with a food truck out front. There were only 7 beers available at the time of my visit. I tried a great black IPA and a decent rum barrel aged stout. Service was very friendly. Prices were great. Overall, one of my favorite stops during my tour of the city. Recommended.
