Visited on the 9th of October, 2014, at noon! A pretty good size brewpub/restaurant in a simple but nice neighborhood, well lighted, very comfortable. The service was excellent, she gave me a bottle of water without me asking, and very knowledgeable. Very interesting food menu, I had one of their pizza, delicious! As for the beers, I just had two and they both caught me off guard. First The Belgian Barnyard IPA, I only had one good Belgian style IPA, make that two. And the Strawberry Brown Ale, best combo! Great brewpub with great food, what more du you want?

A great place with a nice vibe in a trendy part of town. Big with lots of seating and great service. They have at least 10 beers on tap with a few guests. They do sample trays. I found most of their beers pretty good. Food was great. A wonderful place overall, just a bit pricey.

Nice brewpub in the Junction. Pretty big spot but with a nice feel and a bunch of interesting house brewed beers on tap. Iíve really never had a disappointing beer here. The food is pubby and generally well done - Iíve enjoyed the pizza in particular. If itís not the best brewpub in the City itís in the conversation.

A cool little brewpub. Bought a couple bottles but didnít stay to drink any beer because I needed to get back to the hotel. Seemed crowded and popular, so definitely seems worth checking out. A nice draft list of their beers, and a good amount of growlers plus bottles to go. Worth the visit.

Went for dinner on BBQ night along with a few beers. Place was fairly busy and happy we had a reservation. Nice open concept place, gets a little noisy as it fills up; menu was limited to just BBQ which was fun but make sure you want that before you go on a Wednesday, otherwise wait for a different day. Food was reasonable for Toronto and beer was a little expensive but like the taster of 4 for 10 bucks. You can also get growlers filled, buy bottles and merchandise at the front and left of the brewpub. Worth visiting for sure when in Toronto for both good food and their beers which I thought were all pretty good. Also in terms of getting here its not that hard - just make sure you map out your route once you get off the subway and know which bus to take.

Awesome spot, although very hard to get to without a car. Great range of beers from their brewery. Food was solid, staff was great.

Stopped in for some lunch and a drink. Great ambiance and fantastic food. 13 taps are behind the bar with lots of tables and seats at the bar. I had the Brisket Mac & Cheese and a half pint of their Instigator Pale Ale. Service was good. There when needed, not when not.
Overall a great place not just for a drink but for food and to hang with friends.

Nice & cozy in a quiter part of town. Makes some good beer. the food is what it is, trying to be local and different but who cares, it is about the beer and they are great. The staff are a little too hipster for me, but that is par the course for this whole town. Service is sub-par unless one is hipster then I guess the service is great. Definitely will be visiting again...hopefully the hipsters donít kick me out for not having tight jeans.

The savoury and fresh-baked aromas drifting from the kitchen were mouth-watering. I just had a few faultlessly good beers that day, and will be back for many others. Well-located on the starting-to-happen Junction Strip, this place is physically huge! Typical Canadian style they could do slightly more to put the ívibeí together, decor-wise but itís more than fine just as it is, and probably not as sterile-feeling when the place is full. Would also help to bring a bit more warmth and attentiveness to the service, starting with eye contact and acknowledging customers politely - none of this ínavel gazingí routine which seems the norm here. So. Very good selection of high-integrity house-brewed beers, worth more or less what you pay, and they have a great attitude about working with other local bars and small breweries. This is why you do see guests taps on here, and Indie beers at select locations like Bar Volo. There is endless potential here in the passion for no-nonsense, no-hype honest craft brewing (hold the pineapple, if I may insert a snarky reference to they hype machine called Spearhead.) No Iím sure IAH will find a great Belgian Tripel or something to brew with grilled pineapple and Muscat barrel aging - no joke, they are going to be very experimental with a lot of one-offs in their basement full of barrels, so the whole produce department is definitely likely to be involved creatively.
