Like all iron hills, food is tasty but pricey. Beers are pretty good with the occasional dud as well as the occasional homerun. Staff is friendly and the layout of this particular iron hill is open with the restaurant seating separated from the bar seating. Not my favorite iron hill but not bad at all.

Visited Iron Hill on a business trip. Love the atmosphere. Beer selection was ok. Order a bottle of their RIS - you wonít be disappointed.

Another Iron Hill location, but with some great beers of their own. The appetizers were good, and our service mediocre. There was a nice selection of house and chain beers on tap to keep us occupied. A bit pricey for the area.

Typically large brewpub offering up a large bar area and plenty of seating throughout. If youíve seen one Iron Hill location, youíve pretty much seen them all. House beers were definitely good and they offered a sampler tray of just the seasonal beers which is nice if youíve already had the regular lineup before. Pretty standard menu offerings, but the quality is good. Good service even when they were busy. All around solid place.

This place has pretty good ambiance. However, the prices are quite high since it does pawn itself off as a higher end venue. A small pizza was $13 and was the cheapest thing on the menu unless you can get by with appetizers for $10. Anyway, on to the beer and service. They had 14 beers on tap spanning a wide range of styles. Youcould sample any beer you want for $1.50. Food tasted pretty good but not as good as the money would indicate. The service was top notch. Except for the price, this was a good overall beer drinking experience. They even had a folder listing special 750 ml brews to go, none were under $20. The place is clean and well manicured. Seperate bar and dining areas.

You know what youíre getting with IH -- great food, good service, and tasty beers. Very kid-friendly as well. We came here on a Sunday night and were very happy with everything that made it to the table. We wonít hesitate to come back the next time weíre in the neighborhood.

visit 6/10/12. shiny modern digs. odd location with a decent view of campus. 10 house beers on tap spanning quite a few styles (having a berliner on tap is kinda cool) and tasty grub. like others have stated it is on the pricy side...actually, very pricy....in lancaster of all places??!! but everything is quality and hand crafted if youíre into that kind of thing...

Located in downtown Lancaster, across from Franklin and Marshall college. Surprisingly the crowd when I was there on a Sunday night was a little older (definitely not a college crowd atmosphere). They had a huge tap list, maybe 15 beers, ranging from an imperial stout to a pumpkin stout to a number of Belgian offerings, etc. The pumpkin stout I got was the best Iíve ever had. Wow. It was so good I had to get 2 pints, instead of trying something else. The food here is great (I got the chicken pot pie). Overall, it is on the pricier side, but you canít get much better quality than this. Iíve only been to one other Iron Hill location (Wilmington), and this is pretty comparable although they had more beers on tap here, so I guess I would say itís better. A great must stop!

Easily the best IH location, fastest rotating taps, seasonal-heavy each time, great variety always, fantastic food specials and events. The food is terrific here, definitely take advantage of mug club membership and enjoy it frequently. Atmosphere reminds of Southampton, swanky dark wood with one large TV at the bar, often playing golf. Service is decent-good though Iíve seen some weird customer-server tiffs before (granted the customer was a dbag).
