Larger than most Iron Hill locations, beer is tastier as well, I think, with what seems like a greater variety. Worth a stop.

Only complaint on the ambiance is the noise...somewhat busy night for the dark humor rising release though. Excellent service, damn good food, and very tasty specialty beers...house beers are boring just like the WC location. Prices are slightly high. I like how the bar is more separated here than in WC.

Definitely the weakest of the three Iíve been to. Selection considerably weaker and the service substantially more curt, the atmosphere lifeless, the orange and dark wood just feeling weird as a miss on both restaurant and dim beer bar.

This location fits in with the format of the Iron Hill in terms of the look, food, and the beers available. They had the typical 6-8 beers that you usually find at an Iron Hill plus 4-6 that were specific to the particular location. This one is my least favorite so far. I wasnít feeling any of their specific beers, the tripel was especially tragic, the service was not particularly good, the ambience was off, and $5-6 for a pint seems a bit much for the Philly suburbs. Itís not hard to believe the place used to be a grocery store. Thereís parking available in the back and on the street. I might go back if Iím in the area to visit the other good beer bars.

Quality brew pub in suburban Philly. The food is varied, and of high quality. Their house beers are good sessionable choices, but their rotating beers take it to another level. They have a great rotation of German style (the Altbier was awesome), Belgian, and IPAs that are all worth a try. A winter visit is a must if the Bourban Porter is on tap! Great proximity to another great beer bar (Quotations) and bottle shop (Pinnochioís) make this a part of a fun night for a beer geek.

Have been here several times .... Great menu lots of choices and its all good food ... a decent sized place lots of choices for seating booths, tables or at the bar. High ceilings and can get loud when its crowded ... the beer is always good here and if your at the bar you can see the brewing equipment .... always a good time

this place is packed every time i visit and the wait is long. beer is in house on tap, so the selection tends to be a balance of a dozen beers. food is typical brewery- chain fare and is good.
last time i was there it was "deaf-night" and the bar was eerily quieter than the throngs of ppl would have indicated. .. but it must be sign-language friendly!

It takes a while to get seated, but food comes out ridiculously fast. Iíve been to this place a half dozen times. The food is awesome, and it has decent beer too. There are better places for better beer, but Iron Hill is a great place for a meal and a drink.

Iron Hill is a brewpub chain. They have quite a few different beers, but I personally donít really like any of them. They try to offer complex dishes, which come out not that great and are too expensive. I would go there again but it would never be my first choice.

My first time to any Iron Hill location and I was very impressed. Pleasant atmosphere, with a nice mix of blond wood and burnished metal. (Donít like the menu fonts, but whatever.) Service was actually extremely good, with intelligent beer commentary from our server (Bill) and prompt (but not too prompt) food delivery. Beers were delicious, and they had a more than customary assortment of seasonals to complement their regular taps. And then there was the bottle list, for takeout. Hells yeah.
