This is a really cool and unique spot. Food was excellent. Probably the best pork tenderloin dish I have ever had. Holy shit. And they had Schlenkerla Fastenbier on tap. Two pints please. Will definitely be be back if just for the food.

First visit to this place and I was fairly impressed overall. The food was quite good, though not quite up to the level of some raves Iíve heard. Still, a thoughtful menu and well rendered bites. As Ethan notes, an impressive and very appropriate list of beers. Would be good if they had more than a handful of taps, but still I had a nice pils and they had shit tons of Schlenkerla so Iím in. The ambiance was the weakest point, with excessively bright lighting, some wobbly tables, and enough similar dings to clash with the otherwise pleasant experience.

Ate here for the first time last night. They have a pretty extensive German bottle list, probably 2 dozen or so bottles and 4 draughts. One or two things that you wonít see elsewhere. Their margin is pretty sweet too, very small markup on everything. Very cool layout inside, a bit small but the space was well managed. Cool menu, not super extensive but well conceived in what it did have. Absolutely awesome vegetables, bibb lettuce salad was probably the best simple salad Iíve ever had. Fingerling potatoes with the ribeye were boss too...Enjoyed my Celebrator with ma steak, not something Iím usually able to do at a restaurant...

Really good food. Recommend the Schnitzel. Drank the Aventinus on draft. Overall, excellent place. Nice selection of European beers.
