60 AMBIANCE 2/5 SERVICE 5/10 SELECTION 11/15 FOOD 1/10 VALUE 6/10 OVERALL 12/20
Over trendy place that almost reminds me of chain like Applebees. 20ish drafts mostly Taz beers with roughly 100 bottles, really nice selection, and the drafts were more on the fresh hoppy side than I have seen in most places. This isnít a beer bar though, people werenít ordering anything but the macroish stuff. Staff wasnít overly knowledgable, almost laughed at some of the selections I made. Iíd come back because of the beers, not the vibe or service so avoid if thatís important to you.
2nd time in, slightly more sober. Totally different adventure. Service still sucked, beers were the same but I had a couple that clearly werenít in good tap lines. 4 pines stout just tasted awful. Tasted the food this time, vs just looking at a great sounding menu, terrible. borderline horrendous average bar food.

Went in because the kids wanted burgers (which were OK). Promising place in the only part of Tassie where itís hard to get a park. Tap list was pretty staid and only nodded at those interested in good beer and cider. Didnít look at the bottled list.

68 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD 7/10 VALUE N/A OVERALL 13/20
Visited August 7, 2013.
Counted 16 taps, didnít check the bottles.
Some musc playing, not disturbingly so.
Had one beer from the taps and ate a Wallaby Burger.
The food was rather good, though not outstanding. Service was ok to good.
If I remember this place had two stories, with two bars, and the same selection in both bars.
Centrally located around the bustling Salamanca area.
