A bit of an upscale bar and restaurant. The kind of place where you pay $15-$20 for a burger...cool. Tap list is decent enough in terms of size, but youíre not going to find anything terribly unique at this place. Typical selection of stuff from Drakes, Anchor, Moylans, Stone, etc.

Kind of a large place once you get inside and realize just how far back the place goes. Saw the usual SF suspects accompanied by some Good Island, Shmaltz, and Anheuser stuff. Prices were a bit high, Plenty of seating to be had yet the place managed to be busy. Another dark noisy bar with a decent tap list. Itís great that slightly more upscale places are starting to jump on the better beer bandwagon but if youíre choosing a place solely for the tap lineup youíre going to be relegated to the nerdy spots and the dingy spots for a few years yet. That said if youíre here to socialize you can at least have a decent beer in the process, just donít expect a 3Fonteinen Oude Gueuze or Pliny the Elder.

Stopped here a couple of times while in San Francisco as it was only a couple of blocks from our hotel. Nice little upscale bar in Union Square area of SF. Not a ton of taps and probably wonít find anything rare on tap but they did have PP Santas Little Helper. Was able to try a few nice beers. Prices were not cheap, but that is to be expected given the area. Food was decent, especially the Shishito Peppers. Worth a stop as there is not a whole bunch in the immediate area.

Stopped in with a crew on a recent trip, and it was a very pleasant and relaxing spot even on a Friday night near Union Square. Long looping bar, nice lighting, and ample seating tucked here and there. It was late so we didnít try the food, but the cocktail menu, wine selection, and beer selection were solid. Good selection of No Cal and west coast micros especially, though there were some nice Germans, Belgians, and British beers as well. All were satisfied. Worth a stop if youíre in this part of town.
