The legendary spot in central Massachusetts. I am lucky enough to work nearby, so I go here often now. It is always an experience, with new stuff arriving all of the time. The huge wine section has just been redone - I really hope they do the same for the beer side soon. Itís pretty cramped, considering how epic it is. They donít have everything though - I have seen stuff in other parts of Mass that are not here.

This place is a temple for the faithful beer worshipers. You must make a pilgrimage here at some point in your alcoholic career. They have many beers from around the country and the world. Most appropiately, they have Founders -- a truly great beer of our time.

Wow, what a great place! Stopped by during a visit to Rhode Island. Julioís is just a short hop off the Mass. Trnpk. Very nice selection. My primary goal was to come away with just a couple of Alesmith Speedwayís and I ended up blowing about $200 bucks!!! Very nice selection of Belgians not to mention the availability of the Foundersí, Southern Tier, and Alesmithís. My only disappointment was being to late to catch a couple of the Peche Mortels!! Very helpful staff.... also had the pleasure of meeting fellow Ratebeerian, OldGrowth. This place is highly recommended!!!

I havenít been to too many legendary metro beer stores. But of the places Iíve shopped, this is hands down the best. From personal services including beermails from the Beer Manager to an incredible and staggering array of selection, including vintages, rare Belgians, select releases, singles any time you want them, and a free beer festival. How can you say anything bad about this place? They even have AleSmith, only the third place (I heard) away from San Diego. Joe was very welcoming and helpful. Iíll be back many times for sure.

Yeah, so I can say that this is the best beer store I have been to. Better than Half Time, better than Premier Gourmet, better than Holiday Valley, better thanTown and Country. There is so much shit here that I only got half of what I wanted and still blew well over $100. Left Hand, Alesmith, Middle Ages, Victory, Southern Tier, McNeills, Jolly Pumpkins, Founders, Panil, Peche Mortel, and probably the best selection of Belgians I have ever seen (ok, so Premier Gourmet has a better selection of AGED belgians). They also had several meads and ciders as well. Single bottles are encouraged with discounts. There is a shady little cigar shoppe as you go in, which I donít think a cigar fan would buy from. They also have a hot sauce selection if youíre into that stuff. I was asked if I needed any help shortly after I started browsing. The guy at the register was also very kind. Prices, Quality, and Selection are better than Austin and Yankee Spirits in Sturbridge. A MUST stop. My one complaint is the horrid-smelling redemption center as you walk in. Nothing but stale beer aromas.

Incredible selection of brews. More than I have ever seen before, especially with American micros such as Great Divide, Avery, Founders, Two Brothers, Southern Tier, Middle Ages and locals McNeillís, Harpoon, Tuckerman, Woodstock Inn, Magic Hat as well as others. Decent amount of Belgians as well. Additionally, there was the Burn Center which is a hot sauce section. Nice wine selection too

Great quantity and selection of beer. Superior on American micros (Stone, Avery, Left Hand, AleSmith to name a few non-Eastern labels), very good on Belgians, good but not quite as good on Germans and Brits. They are starting a new vintage section. Grab a shopping cart and plan on spending time going up and down the aisles gawking at beer, filling up your cart and chatting with the very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They knock 15% off each single regardless of size after youíve filled at least one six-pack. Great place!

Iíve heard alot of good things about Julioís, it is about 30 minutes from my house not bad, Iíve traveled further for beer. Before my jont to Julioís I was in contact with the director for beer there Joe Santos and he was very helpful and quick to return my emails about questions I had of the lines they carried which I thought was great.
They have a can/bottle redemption as you walk in. The place is big, the spirits, wine, and smoke shop take up most of the store but to the back of the store is all the warm beer in cases etc.
And to the right is the good stuff, a great selection of craft brews from all over the world. They had the Brooklyn 12 pack, 1 offering from Heavyweight, another from Southampton Secret Ale, Oskar blues, the most extensive line from Rogue Iíve seen besides halftime. To name a few. They also have what they call the "wild six" and each time you buy six different brews you get 15% and stamped and when you get to 18 or so you get some free gear etc. But be careful I got charged for two six packs instead of a 2 single beers, so watch the register.
Overall this is the best place Iíve been to in MA, this is still a far second to Halftime since Halftime has the 12 beers on tap, as well as more variety. But a def must even if your not in the area.

Simply the best beer store Iíve been to. They get all the rare stuff faster than anyone else. Pricing is reasonable. Selection cannot be topped.
