Simply the best beer store Iíve been to. They get all the rare stuff faster than anyone else. Pricing is reasonable. Selection cannot be topped.

Iíve heard alot of good things about Julioís, it is about 30 minutes from my house not bad, Iíve traveled further for beer. Before my jont to Julioís I was in contact with the director for beer there Joe Santos and he was very helpful and quick to return my emails about questions I had of the lines they carried which I thought was great.
They have a can/bottle redemption as you walk in. The place is big, the spirits, wine, and smoke shop take up most of the store but to the back of the store is all the warm beer in cases etc.
And to the right is the good stuff, a great selection of craft brews from all over the world. They had the Brooklyn 12 pack, 1 offering from Heavyweight, another from Southampton Secret Ale, Oskar blues, the most extensive line from Rogue Iíve seen besides halftime. To name a few. They also have what they call the "wild six" and each time you buy six different brews you get 15% and stamped and when you get to 18 or so you get some free gear etc. But be careful I got charged for two six packs instead of a 2 single beers, so watch the register.
Overall this is the best place Iíve been to in MA, this is still a far second to Halftime since Halftime has the 12 beers on tap, as well as more variety. But a def must even if your not in the area.

Good selection and pretty well organized. It looks like their in the middle of an expansion, which can only mean good things. I was able to talk with Joe, the beer manager, and heís very enthusiastic and helpful when it comes to arranging the best selection he can get. One word of caution, donít go here during rush hour. Rte 9 can be painful.

Good selection of micros and imports. Also had decent prices with discounts on purchases of a mixed six pack. Lots of singles available with a very friendly and helpful staff.

A great selection of beer with great service from Joe Santos and the rest of the crew. They really made me feel welcome and important to them. Anything is available in singles. Constantly looking to make things better and add to their selection. Great store.

Friendly, helpful and dedicated beer manager assures the future of this place among Massachusettsí tops. Prices seem average if not above average at first, but for some reason, they insist on keeping those high labeled prices which are cancelled by an automatic 15% discount on 6 beers+ purchases. Many beer stores seem to be on par in MA for the selection which is excellent in all of them and this is one of them simply put. Smooth shopping experience, well displayed, clean yet not devoid of the little hunting thrill thanks to a few quick sell-out shelves. update: Apparently becoming the #1 spot in MA. Awesome selection, growing with rarities (Alesmith, Jolly Pumpkins, cantillon gueuze 96, drie fonteinen shaerbeekse, basically everything from the sheltons and the few oddities like 2 brothers impy)

Selection could not be better folks. Superb Americans, Belgians, English, Scandinavian, Eastern European, etc. Prices were a bit high at times, but sometimes cheap, in a seemingly random manner. This is as good as it can get...I have not seen a better selection in the same store anywhere in the world. This includes Half Time in Poughkeepsie as well. Beer manager is happy to help and seems to love his job, organizing in-store beer tastings and festivals. I honestly donít want to imagine a better beer store.

Iím going to take advantage of the lack of a minimum word count on place ratings and just say WOW. If you are remotely near here, go here. Great discount 15% on 6 or more bottles and a fantastic selection overall. Joe (the beer manager) is the best in the biz. Ambiance is tough for a huge liquor superstore, but they have the beer section organized very, very nicely.

This used to be my usual store for beer. Only a few minutes from where I lived. Its a big box store nothing fancy. Joe the beer manager is constantly bringing in anyhing he can get his hands on. Usually has a beer tasting on Saturday afternoons. Sometimes a brewers is there, sometimes just store staff featuring someone.Great New England selection.Big Belgian section If your in the MetroWest area is worth a visit. 05/06/05 Really has brought a bunch more stuff in since my first comments. The West Coast is here. Joe pointed out to me that they have Sake too, itís towards the wine side of the building though. Fyi

February 04: Iíd heard quite a bit about this place, and was really looking forward to checking it out; alas, a bit of a disappointment in relation to some of the other amazing beer stores in MA. Perhaps things have changed of late, as reviews elsewhere are real raves, but...prices were among the highest Iíve seen, there was really nothing I saw here that I didnít see elsewhere (except the Berkshire Holidale, that was cool), and selection of stuff like lambic/gueuze and vintage British stuff was pretty slim. Certainly worth a stop in the area, and way better than any choices in VT or NH, but there are plenty of better possibilities an hour to the West or South.
April 05: much better on a second visit, service was very friendly and prices overall a bit better than most beer stores of similar quality in central/western Mass. Better selection of Belgians than a year ago and it seems more local rarities. Bumping it up a couple of notches.
