It is located in the 21st district. From outside looks a bit strange, not like a beer place. I am not a big fan of their interior, food is average. Beers are ok, sometimes they have very good seasonal beers (pale ale!).

Big place decorated in wood and stone. Not so many people here (11p.m.), only two house beers available (Schnitt and Zwickl -March 2009). The beers were ok, friendly service, but to be honest nothing special here.

This brewpub on the other side of the Danube is easily reachable by public transport (as the previous rater highlights), but if you need to stay in the center, go to Bierkutschn for the same lagers. I really liked the 3 beers I had here, all were quite flavorful and drinkable and commended many pints. Service was friendly and efficient and the food we had was tasty as well (the lammstelze was particularly good). I’d go back for a few pints of their Pils any time.

A nice brewpub on the other side of the Danube River. Three house beers, namely Pils, Zwickl and Weihnachtsbock, were served in December 2007. Typical Austrian food was available and the service was friendly. Kadlez Bräu is located a couple of blocks away from subway U6 end station in Floridsdorf (also a railway station) but can be reached by tram number 31 too. Highly recommended place! [Note that Kadlez Bräu has an outlet named Bierkutschn in the 3rd district nearby Landstrasse (Wien Mitte) subway/railway station.]

Now that’s a pretty nice place, in the Northern Vienna’s outskirts with a very nice inward patio and some very good beers. A big place with lots of seats, friendly staff and a tendency to use more hops than most Austrian breweries. In Vienna’s top 5 I would say.
