Stopped by while visiting family. Small, upscale place with pricey food, but we were just in for the beer, which was terrible. Unless you happen to find yourself here, definitely scroll past.

My parents have a place on Fernandina Beach and my wife and I went down to visit. I was excited to hear there was a brewpub on the island, but boy was I disapointed. Food was very expensive and the beers are possibly the worst things I have ever experienced in my life. Go here if you want a $10 sandwich, nothing more.

I so wanted this place to be good. And to be clear, the food is good and itís a fun little place to eat and drink. But this is a beer site and the beer is not good. It tastes yeasty and unfinished. Bummer, as itís the only thing resembling a brewpub within an hour radius. The good news is they have some pretty decent beers in bottles, so order one of those and enjoy your food.

Lithy nailed it pretty much right on the head. This is an upscale cafe in very out-of-the-way Fernandina Beach, downtown area. Parking is nightmarish if it is during the busy season. Small pub with a nice patio to enjoy food and "beer" during good weather. The bartender confirmed what lithy said- wort is purchased from somewhere else and fermented in house, hence the serving tanks behind the bar but no visible brewing equipment. Came in on a Thursday and sat at the bar. Had to wait about 10-15 minutes for a server, despite the place being about 1/2-1/3 empty. $10 for a sample pour of the three house beers. Interesting concept and food was well-portioned, albeit a bit pricey.

Neat little area about 25 minutes of I-95. Mid scale pub/resturant thing. 4 brews on tap with sample tray. Food quality is good. Little pricey.

What to say here. This seems like a really nice little corner cafe with a great patio area and an interesting menu. A good spot on a walkable street right in downtown Fernandina Beach. The beer though might not be going out of your way for. Three tanks. Two íbeersí are just off the tap blends. Mashed somewhere else, fermented in house. Served pretty cold into iced glasses doesnít help whatever flavor there is shine. The beer wasnít bad, but wasnít great. Middle of the road homebrew sort of fare and kinda pricey for what they are.
