The Chimay triple is the big draw here. The other 8 beers on draft are pretty ho hum. The bottle list is short and includes such classics as Corona and Bud Light Lime but also some good micro brews from dogfish head, bells etc. not exceptional but pretty good for a beach bar in the middle of nowhere.

I stopped in this place because it was in the database, but Iím not sure why itís there. They do have some craft beer on tap and some in bottles, but there isnít anything all that worthwhile. The beer list consisted mainly of a few drinkable NC brews and some mainstream mass marketed pseudo crafts (Blue Moon, etc.). The food was good but rather overpriced for the area. The restaurant was very loud and the service while very friendly was rather slow. Overall, there are better places to eat in the Outer Banks for the price (Rustyís and the Inn at Pamlico Sound come to mind) and you are better off stocking up on beer at Chipís on the way in if you want craft brew.
