A slight step up from your average sports bar, but nothing to seek out. Beer selection was... decent and the food was acceptable, but me and a buddy sat as the only folks at the bar for a good 10 minutes watching 3 bartenders play grabass behind the bar before they even offered to pour us a beer

We ended up stopping in for lunch during a recent visit to Charleston. The place was about 1/3 full when we arrived and about 2/3 full when we left. There is a collection of big screen TVís that dominate one wall. I can only imagine how great this must be on a Saturday afternoon during college football season. The rest of the decor is standard pub and frankly nothing special. My main complaint here was the service. Our server took our drink order and returned with the sodas fairly quickly. It took another ten minutes for the beers to arrive. My beer was bottled and was served to me without a glass despite the fact that I was sitting at a table, not the bar. I ordered my second beer while I had more than half the food on my plate, and my beer arrived well after I had finished my lunch. Food was above average and everyone at the table enjoyed their meal. Given the number of restaurants in Charleston, I think I would look elsewhere before returning back here for another visit.

If you have to watch a sports game and want a Dogfish Head 90 minute...go here. If you are not looking for that - then donít. They have a good trivia guy on Tuesdays. The service is fair...Waitresses in short shorts with blonde hair are nice until they donít bring you the right beer or never come back, etc. Enjoyable when youíre hungry for textbook 101 bar food. I will be back to this place.

Good atmosphere with a young, college sportsbar crowd. Televisions are readily avaliable and its a good place to catch a football game. Food menu is typical sports bar fare which was a little pricey. I had a shaved prime rib wrap, which was again typical. The beer selection was good for S.C. as you couldnt serve high gravity beers until recently. I think because of this advancement their selecion will continue to improve.

Stopped in here on vacation as I had read that it had a good beer selection. It did although, I thought they were overpriced, even for a large city. We sat in a table near the door and watched the people go by so, I canít really comment on the atmosphere. Seemed a fairly typical sports bar. Although the service was kind of slow when we were in here, I would try it again just to see a menu and to try a few more beers.

We just kind of stumbled across this place in a scramble to find good beer while the womenfolk were shopping for clothes and Iím very glad we found it. First of all, there are more televisions here than I can comprehend, so watching the game is greatly facilitated. They have a pretty extensive beer list given the Charleston selection. The menu of imports, micros, and regional brews can sate any beer snob who wants something of quality while kicking back and being a barfly. It is rather strange that only 3 taps are available. The bartender was awesome. He was pleasantly conversational without being overly talkative, and dropped curse words in most every sentence yet somehow still retained a friendly demeanor. Our glasses remained full constantly and he remembered what we had ordered from the previous day. I had just eaten before both of my trips here which I discovered to be unfortunate on my last visit when I saw some of the mouth-watering sandwiches coming out of the nearby kitchen. As far as sports bars in a college atmosphere goes, this one is pretty awesome.
