It seems to be quite a food orientated pub, that said, the beer (I had Yates) was superb. Beer selection fine, at least 3 ales on offer including from Yates. No satellite television but did show terrestrial football when it was on. Internet advertised but was told it was ’not working’ when I was there. Yates Bitter always available, with one, sometimes two guest beers. Traditional style pub, very well run, with a pleasant, covered, outdoor area at the back. Good value pub grub. |
