Sunny visit early April 2013. Excellent sitting outside with a view to the harbour. Beers were decent. Marzen, Dunkel and Pils. Very average. Friendly service and good standard German food. They serve a large variety of fish as well - my girlfriend had octopussy. In the spring or summer a fine place to visit for sure.

Stumbled accross this while travelling in Germany. Nice weather so terras was fully occopied, nice surroundings, nice view. Only 4 beers available, but taste was great. Did not take meal, purchased sandwich eal which was good.

Be sure to visit in the summer time, when you can enjoy a few beers outside. It’s located on the harbour, and it’s more interesting watching the harbour life than sitting inside in a rather ordinary bar/restaurant. Decent food, decent beers and worth a stop if in the area.

Visitet this place in october 2011. Very nice cosy brewpub at the harbour front in Neustadt. Normally they have 4 beers on tap, 2 regular and 2 seasons. Overall the fish theme is clear, both in the decoration and the menu. They have a very lovely brewing plant from Kasper Schultz and they uses malt from Weyermann. We visited this place the same day as Vettel won his second world championship in F1 and Jenson Button won the Japanes GP, watching this while having lunch.

The brewpub has a great setting on the harbor - but watch out for wintervacation, on our first visit they were closed down for 2 months, but if you come during winter time outside of vacation time you can get their only seasonal beer. The rest of the year they have 3 beers on tap - but the wheat was not so good. We sat outside which was nice except for an irritating dog at the next table that the owners couldn’t control. The inside is a big room with the steel brewery in sight. The beer is more expensive than in a lot of places in Germany, the food was OK - I had Fish and chips with "remulade". The service was OK.

Modern german Hausbrauerei with a "nautic" touch, nice patio on the waterfront. Average beers.... Even though the landlord owns also a smokery, a smoked beer is not available.... ;-) Worth a visit.

A pub on the harbour, quite nice inside; being there on a late afternoon in sunny May just helps in enjoying it. They have 3 average beers, all with a bit too much bitterness.
