If you are coming to Tallinn with a ferry. This would be your first pit stop. 15 minutes walk from old town in Tallinn. Nice cousy place. Also a fine patio. Decent beer selection. You can buy samples.

Big, quite cosy place. Service was generally good, but they did replace one beer on the sampler to something else, and didnít say anything until asked about if they actually replaced it. Really tasty food, and quite cheap compared to similar in Finland. Apart from the replacing of the one beer in the sampler and not telling automatically they did so the service was nice. Nice place, with good opening hours!

Even though itís close to the harbour, the atmosphere is nice and itís very good value for your money, at least if you come from outside Estonia. Great sampler plate of beers. Food is a bit hit and miss, but falls a bit on the positive side. Waitress tried to charge us on a beer she thought we ordered even though we clearly didnít, which was a small bother.

Large place which was pretty empty at the time of my visit (early Friday evening). Nice interiour and pleasant ambience. Friendly service, but as other has mentioned some strange things going on with pouring of the beer. I just had a couple of small ones and sat at the bar. Most of them were poured right from the tap, but one of them was first filled in a large glass, then poured into a small glass by holding a beer mat over the large glass and pouring? Never seen that before. The beer was fairly okay, but I donít think the beer mat improved the taste. All in all a nice place and I would go back, but...

A nice czech (or bavarian)- style brewpub near the harbor. The ambiance is pretty good. Itís pretty new, well bavarian-beery- decorated without seeming too touristy or fake. Nice woody interiour, big and spacious. Iíve only been there lunch-time though, so I have no idea how crowded it might get. They brew their own brews there (which are ok, and served in samplers if wanted), so the place does reek of wort (a good thing, usually). Food was good, service ugric-slavic- timid & unobtrusive. Definitely worth visit, way better than that ridiculous Beerhouse or whatís called downtown.

Awesome ambiance--repurposed maritime warehouse down by the waterfront, with neat multilevel wooden interior--its beers arenít necessarily all that (nor are there that many others) but apparently theyíre working on ramping up production. Stayed open well past closing time too; a definite plus in my book
