I happened to be in Weirton area for a golf event, so I figured I would stop hoping to find something I could not get back in the Pittsburgh area. Well, there wasn’t other than Port Republic beers from genny. The prices were decent, $10 for mix and match imports and micros, not much of a selection, but decent. Not worth making a trip, but if you’re in the area.

Yes, this is your typical grocercy store. Lots of six packs of decent micros and a few imports of decent quality. They have a nice rack of popular single imports and craft to make a mixed six for $10. However, the big deal with this place is that I was able to find WV Mountaineer beer here. Only place in the Pgh area where we can find these WV brews. As with most grocery stores of better quality, this place has pretty good take out food, try the fried chicken or fried fish on fridays. Perhaps even a rubarb or shoo fly pie.
