Bonne ambiance.
"Modern" industrial craft beer bar look. Bartender were just brewing their own homebrew when I visited! Nice service, good taps but lack of French microbrews dissapoints the beer Hunter. This time many Ghost-beers on tap. Certainly place to visit while in Paris and it is not too far from Les Trois 8.
We visited La Fine Mousse perhaps an hour after opening on a Friday night in October. What struck me initially was how small this place is - bar and seating area form a fairly tight L-shape. Overall it has a contemporary café / bar vibe going with relatively young clientele. Although it was already pretty busy we did manage to find a seat thankfully. La Fine Mousse boats perhaps the widest draught selection of beer in the city. There was a good mix of French, other European and North American microbreweries both on tap and in bottle. Service was pretty slow, but far from the worst we encountered on our visit. A huge step forward for the beer scene in Paris.
Interesting selection of beers on here of domestic craft and a few top shelf imports including a few collabs. The place is busy and popular with local brewers and other shop owners - I met the guy from Les Trois 8 there. Friendly staff who was happy to accomodate me and guide me through the menu and give me transit info so I could get home.
Visited in 2012. Nice little place, can get quite crowded in the evening. Has a modern feel to it. Nice music. Very good service. On a quiet Sunday evening one of the owners, working there, was ready to chat about beer, gave us samples. Everything was served in Teku glasses, I was suspicious about them at first, but loved them in the end. Quite good selection, 20 taps and 100+ bottles. Taps were combination of craft imports and French micros. Loved Thiriez Dalva and Saint Rieul Silvanecte. Taps prices are OK for Paris, considering the prices you’ll pay for macros elsewhere. Would like to visit it again.
Great little beer bar in a very local neighborhood. The draft selections are great, and they have many local beers to choose from. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. A great spot to grab a beer and relax.
