Nice place to visit in Paris. Very interesting micro-french selection. Didn’t tried the food, but beer was nice.

Went there yesterday around 15:00 but however the barman was present, we weren’t allowed to have a drink yet. Went back at 17:00 then. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Ordered 4 tasters from tap, and the barman recommanded a fifth one. Paid 12,5 euro for those 5 tasters. Which is reasonable in France. Like the atmosphere of the place. Chill couches. Nice selection with some french, dutch and american craft brews. Didn’t have any food. Highly recommanded when you’re in Paris, eventhough it’s a bit outside of the city centre. UPDATE: went there again last week. Florian and Laurent are great people and run an amazing bar. We had a great time and I’m looking forward to visiting again!!

Nice place. Good selection. Quite expensive compared to other places nearby.

Visited on Wednesday March 12th 2014, just after opening. Nice place not too far from Père Lachaise. Ambiance was good, not too loud. Service was excellent and helpful. Selection is really good with 20 tap lines, including some really nice beers (Cantillon Oude Lambik, Saison Dupont, De La Senne Brussels Calling and more). Some nice bottles too. Value is fair for the area for beers on tap (6 Euros for a 25 cl of Cantillon Lambik and 4 for Saison Dupont). Price for bottles are somewhat expensive. Overall, this is a really nice place that I will visit again for sure. I went back at night (Friday) and it was pretty crowded (not enough place to sit). I won’t change my rating, but if you are a calm ticker, go early.

It’s great that a lot of people like this place as it will encourage other people to open bars with decent beer selections. However, this place is too expensive and is essentially a wine bar with beer, not a beer bar. Fine if you want to be educated in the ways of beer by a hardly disinterested salesman, sorry, barman. Probably very informative if you are a Frenchman with a lifelong Kro habit who has suddenly come in to money. But not a place to relax and enjoy a drink. The dead hand of oenology weighs heavy here.

Super endroit visité le 15 févroer 2013. Mieux vaut venir tôt si on veut avoir une place assise... Bonne ambiance, plusieurs générations et nationalité. Bon choix de bières à la pompe.

Visited Jan 2014. Located in a relaxed corner of the city not too far off Père Lachaise. Fills up quickly after approx. 17h00 opening. Very enthusiastic and internationally interested young owners who like to keep up with new output in neighbouring countries, apart from having a good grip on the burgeoning French microbrasserie scene. Quickly rotating and emptied 20-ish kegs, more than half of them of FR microbrews (Mont Salève, Thierrez, Craig Allan) and instantly depleted Kernel, del Borgo, BFM and De Molen, et al. Prices are evidently steep for the standard 25cl pours in uniform teku glasses (compared to BE/DE neighbours) but fair considering beer’s position on the French market. Best live place to stay up to date with nationwide French beer evolutions.

Visited on 28th and 29th November 2013. Intimate low-ceilinged back-street alehouse with an L-shaped bar and range of seating options. Plenty of woodpanelling, exposed stone and tungsten lighting, and background music is "just that" - comfortable for conversation. Excellent range of craft beers from twenty taps. On my first visit this included 12 from French craft breweries and the remaining 8 from elsewhere in Europe, the UK and the US. Staff were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Food consists of three cold platter choices; Cold Meat (Charcuterie and pate), Cheese (often exquisite) or Half+Half. These are well worth trying and will keep you heartily sustained. This venue is well worth the effort of finding, I had previously not found anything like it in Paris.
