La Luz Mexican Grill south Fort Collins location near J.C. Penny at College and Boardwalk has many of the same fresh, healthy, and delicious Mexican dishes like the killer fish tacos as the north location in Old Town. The south location has six beers on tap including Odell IPA, New Belgium Sunshine, and Fat Tire. The Odell IPA tastes really fresh and is kept cold. It is served in a frosted pint glass. All of the owners and staff are very nice people. The food is VERY inexpensive and is as good as or better than at far more expensive restaurants. It is really the best Mexican restaurant in town. Here is the best part: All day on Tuesday and Thursday all pints are just $2.
