hmmmm, well after going to Russian River right before this, i have to say i was a bit let down. service was so-so however, it was uber busy the day i visited. the waitress screwed up my beer sampler and the beers i got were really bad. didnt seem fresh at all. very muddled and almost stale. food was bland however, the atmosphere and scenery (women) was amazing! i would go back here on a weekday to soak it all in more.

Phenomenal brewery. Great service and lots of beers on taps (and no exceptions to what you can include in the flight). Pulled pork sandwich was on point.

Visited with a friend the 14th February 2015 - The brewery is on the town of Petaluma, on the north of San Francisco. You will need a car to go there. The brewery is big enough and there is a garden to enjoy the place. The saturday afternoon the place was crowded with a country band who played music. The ambiance is great, very friendly and simple as possible. The service is nice and the beer are good on taste and on price. You can have flights to enjoy all the beers available and you can also eat (but I didnít try it). There are free tour of the brewery. Good organisation and the speaker was really friendly (thanks Johnny!) , it will take 1 hour to do it. Great atmosphere, and good place to spend time with a beer.

Great outdoor beer garden. Decent selection though many are their regular bottles beers. Food is good but a bit pricey for what you get. Tour is nice but some of the tour guides are reluctant to awnser some questions about the product or did not know.

Great complex with a small indoor bar area and expansive outdoor beer garden with plenty of huge Bavarian-style communal tables. Live music all the time (indoors in the cooler months and outdoors spring and summer). The full breadth of the standard Lagunitas offerings and a good (6-10) rotation of specials/seasonals/one-offs. Solid food and just an all-around great place for a few pints. Any brewery with free peanuts automatically gets an extra bump in their ratings regardless of the beers, but Lagunitas makes great beers so itís a frivolous extra point.

Got there on a Saturday and it was hard to find a parking spot anda once we got in the court yard it was hard to find a spot to sit. The place was packed! We were waited on quickly however and once I had one of their beers that seemed to help overcome the first two problems. :-)

Beer garden is quite mess, bar is small and seems to be full always. Shop is one of the best I have ever seen. BTW Imperial Stout Ice Cream was horrible. Nevertheless, excellent place for local people.

Finally made this stop! Very nice tasting "room" with covered outdoor seating live music, a festive atmosphere. Inside bar and additional seating as well. Board split between the regulars and the specialties, and offer a four-beer taster flight for like $5. Good service, free pretzels and peanuts, and interesting beers. Whats not to like?

California place rating number 400.

Visited many times since RBSG 2009.

We were literally the first customers through the door at the new tasting room. The paint was still drying and they tapped the first cask for us. Iíve been back just as a quick stop to try some new beers and to enjoy the sun and company and music. The employees are all very nice and like to hang out and talk. They do live music on some days and they always have new beers to try. Their hoppy beers are always good but they do some other good stuff like the farmhouse gueuze (the blended funky saison). The food is pretty good but itís just snack/pub food. Awesome place and awesome stop on the way to/from Russian River.

Great brewery tour and tap room! Tap room serves several beer you wonít see outside of the brewery, which were wonderful. The entire "campus" is friendly and welcoming.
